ROOM TOO SMALL COMPARING TO OTHER HOTELS WE STAYED AT IN MEXICO

Love location and the hotel was better than expected Restaurant food was selective but good food.

Nothing. It's very dirty. Hair all over the bed. I booked two nights but only stayed one night. It's so disgusting that I can not stay another night. They said I will get the night refund. Nothing. Reached out to booking for help. Never managed to reach out to them. Customer service is so difficult.

Cleanliness was okay and water temperature was a little too cold for our liking

The toilets do not have enough waterpressure

Easy parking and the breakfast was very good. I liked the design and style even though it wasnt that clean. Good Beds and good TV.

The cleaness of the rooms was not really that good, and the bathrooms need better waterflow in the sink and in the shower.

The location was great for the annual festival. Walking distance to shopping. Facility was very nice. I especially like the giant mirror in the lobby. I actually decided to stay an extra night. Valet came in clutch. Was able to get a nice little workout in the gym. Attached restaurant.

It’s really hard to point out any defect on this property at This time.

Very convenient location for commuting to different parts of the city. Good staff. Great housekeeping.

My room was old, it also lacked natural lighting and appliances. The pictures on the site did not match the room at all.

in the photos there’s a kids area that wasn’t in the real hotel also there was a plate out of my room for almost a whole day. the bathTub in the room leaked trough the room floor

the presidential suite was beautiful

I’m the only reason we booked there was because they had a jacuzzi, we spent over 5 hours searching for hoteles with lofts or jacuzzi. we finally found this one and went to stay there, there was. o got water so we couldn’t use the jacuzzi tub. was very disappointed.

I loved the location the staff and the art gallery. Great choice and very nice breakfast and coffee.

Room was a bit dark no natural light. And no plug sockets next to bed to charge phone.

Very dark room, lack of natural light. Water spills out the bathroom every time, thus the room was always kind of humid and with a particular smell.

I loved the art. The staff was super friendly. It's close to bus station and the leather center.

It would have been nice if the pool was heated. Temperature drops at night and the pool water was little on the cold side.

This Hotel was a great experience, clean employees very friendly. this is my third time visiting this city, and choosing this Hotel to stay was a great experience. I went for business with my family. I did stay 3 night but my parents extended their stay 5 more nights.

On my stay in this place just the parking was close for painting, and having the back door to enter the hotel will be great option, but understand the Covid Rules.The restaurant was good as well, but not great base on I was thinking, very poor the servings but in flavor excellent.And one time going back to my room the elevator wasn't working and I use stairs my room was on the 7th floor I almost pass out I run out of breath, and when I make it to the 7th floor the elevator go back to work again. Not good.

The architecture is beautiful, the people who work there are very nice.

The wifi does not work at all which was a huge constant problem throughout the trip. I’m fact, I checked out early and lost money on the final nights of my booking. I had to move to a hotel that actually had functioning Internet. Also at this hotel the shower doesn’t get hot water and the toilet get clogged easily. Also there is no free breakfast.
