It¿s was clean. That¿s the only good thing I can say. It was clean

This is not a 4 star hotel. The bed was rock solid. Could not get comfortable. Low pressure on the shower. The pool was dirty. The decor was below average as well as our room was just a room. It had a bed tv and restroom nothing special.

The location is the very best.

Is an old building, renovated, but too many things need to change , cleaning, people treating…

The pool look nice but I didn’t used it

Wilfrido was extremely rude, I ask for a water I was really thirsty after my flight I had just arrived from US and I had no Mexican pesos he said he couldn’t charge the water with my credit card I explained I had no Mexican currency and took the water from me and said he needed it the water to report that I couldn’t pay in cash, I was really upset and for sure I will never comeback to your place, also no phone in the room the mattress was extremely hard.

Great hotel.The staff is kind and the rooms are very spacious and comfy

The place location is very good, closer to fair, historic center and good places to go out and shopping.

Missing maintenance, the place in general was clean but the very old tile, carpets and furnitures made it look duty also beds were really uncomfortable so hard, the worst was cleansing staff knocking door early morning and during the stay and slow desktop service.

We arrived late and were too tired to request an extra blanket, which is on us, but the lack of basic warmth made for a restless experience. While the location may have been convenient, the discomfort overshadowed everything.

The staff was very kind. Room was Clean and Location was Great, Close the Zona de Piel, Arco, Restaurant Panteon Taurino.

Location was perfect and the suite with all windows has incredible views. They have a parking garage which was nice as well.

The location was good. It was in a good location and the view was nice.

During my stay, I did not had hot water for the tub nor the shower in general. I called the front office to send someone but he told me just to let it run for a little. I would let it run for about 30 mins but it was always the same, cold.

The mattress was terrible, I found a little cockroach in the bathroom. People are friendly but the facilities need maintenance.

when I reserved, said breakfast included. but they didn’t gave us… They told me that I only had lodging at the hotel.

this place is not a 4 star, shame on Booking for calling it a 4 star. Too many bad things too list, horrible beds, no wifi in the room, place is falling apart. Don't stay here!

Just the only thing my room key would not work 2 times had to go to front desk to activate
