Hotel was full so got the last room it was by the courtyard pool but very dark. Clean and comfortable but a bit closer phobic

Staffing

They didn't explain that when you get a suite we would get the breakfast. They didn't tell us till the last day of our stay when we decided to have breakfast there. Should have been explained when we checked in. If it was a suite it should have been a bigger room. It was small for the price we paid. Bed was not my favorite either too firm.

the hotel is excellently located near the historic center of town just minutes walk. it has an excellent restaurant associated with the downstairs.the rooms were comfortable and very chic

The bar was closed as their license has been taken away and we didn’t receive any notice about this.

It was beautiful and me and my wife enjoyed our stay there. Very peaceful, clean, staff is wonderful.

I wished we would have stayed longer because it was wonderful!

we do not recommend this place at all .

no hot water to take a shower the entire 9 days we were there , terrible menu for breakfast, eating outside and it was cold , no heater provided . manager kept saying the water heating will be ready the next day everyday. no refund could be provided to go to a different hotel .

it had a very boutique feel to the hotel. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. great location in the center of the city. highly recommend

Terrible value for the price.

The mattress had no proper fitted sheet. They used a flat sheet that was very old and barely covered the mattress and a foam cushion they put on top. The pillows were also dirty. The bathroom was not very clean and had hair in the corners. Also, it smelled bad and my husband figured out it was gas from the pipes.

Everything was great staying at hotel Elena de cobre,Everyone was very helpful for anything we needed weather getting us an Uber or anything we asked for, everyone was very friendly and the rooms and place was great we would definitely go back.

I would not change a thing. Maybe music in the lobby (soft music)

The ambiance and design of the hotel, rooms and other spaces was amazing. The attention to detail shows in every aspect.

There was no refrigerator in the suite so I was unable to keep anything cool without requesting ice.
