- It is a very nice hotel right at the beach with excellent food

Cons -
- The arrival experience was the worst i have ever experienced. The host announced out loud to a full lobby my nightly rate not once but three times in dollars and pesos even as i asked for confidentiality. My wife was approached by a stranger who told her we got ripped off compared to what they paid. Ruined the entire stay. Then after a brief escort to room with not even one mention about amenities or even wifi dumped us but then had nerve to return and tell me that because we were only staying one night we were a flight risk for room charges and could not charge to room and were required to pay with cash at restaurant. Finally, i had a slight case of travelers sickness so wanting to rest laid down, only to be awakened by the loudest and most non tranquil live band blasting horrible oldies rock and roll songs in english (even though it was clear they didnt speak s word of english) totally out of key for several hours. It was like hell until they finally stopped two hours later. So off brand compared to everything you promise about peace and tranquility. I have never been so dissatisfied, disappointed, embarrassed and frustrated during a stay ever. At the price i paid, (obviously much higher than others) totally unacceptable.
