Location was amazing, the views from the hotel rooftop was incredible. A very magical hotel, with a lovely restaurant attached

Great location and nice staff. Rooms are comfy
I moved out as soon as possible.
It was up lots of steps and no one helped me. The room was dark. The bedside light didn’t work. And it was so noisy they provided ear plugs. I left within the hour when I found a much nicer hotel.
Love the architecture and the location. Very centrally located. Several beautiful balcony areas to hang out, fantastic views. Very nice outdoor bar area with fantastic city views. Very, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, including front desk, porters, waiters. The restaurant has fantastic food. Loved the hot chocolate drink.
Room is quite big, but I wish there was a comfy armchair or a small sofa to sit in. Bathroom on a small side, but very clean and everything worked well.
It was feet away from the center
No elevator and no private parking in hotel property
Location
Small room with no view no air conditioning and the noise level was extremely high. We never slept due to the loud noise.

I liked the location of hotel and the shopping in the area.
The noise levels sometimes during the mornings.

This hotel's location is excellent—it's right on the Zocalo. For convenience, you can't beat that. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The room was clean.I really appreciated that the staff spoke English. Dan was very helpful - he found a tour guide for me at a very good price. The view from the room was OK.
When I booked my room, the description on Booking said that I would have city views (yes, true) and a patio (not true). It also said I would have one double bed. This was also not true. There were two beds in the room - one small one and one that I don't think you could consider a double bed. The room was also much smaller than the photos. I recommend taking a screenshot of your booking to ensure they don't give you a different room than the one you booked. The room was also very hot and humid. You get a fan that doesn't work very well. The fan actually measured the room's temperature, which was 31 degrees Celsius! Eventually, after 2 nights, the room temperature reached 26 degrees Celsius. But I couldn't get the room to cool down to more than 28 degrees for most of my stay. The WiFi was abysmal. I could not even access the internet from my computer and phone in my room.
Hotel was stylish and interesting, built into the hillside on many levels. pool was nice. Room and bathroom were clean & cute. Loved being downtown with so many dining option outside the hotel.
Room was too warm even with fan. Was not comfortable at this time of year. Small size for two beds.
Location near all the events and hospitality of the staff.
No A/C is available. Also, water pressure in the shower could be improved.
The location is ideal The access to the terraza, the hacienda and the coffee shop next door
The absence of air conditioning or any recommendations on how to manage the temperature in the room The reception was not warm (the paper bracelet, selling silver, grumpy face at the tip for helping with the luggage upstairs)

Very centric. Beautiful pool and patios. Great views.
I was given a room that was like a cave. Extremely loud music until early morning.
