Pros +

It was in a relatively quiet neighborhood.

Cons -

This place felt more like a bed and breakfast or AirBnB than a conventional hotel. This was a converted residential building. They didn't have a real front desk, and I was given the key to the front door. Also not sure what makes this a spa.
