Convenience.

Needs updating. Beds and pillows are old and need to be replaced. Their great dining room is permanently closed.

The ambiance was nice, they have off street parking and nice little courtyard for those visiting the hotel. It was a comfortable rest, nice and quiet, with a nice view of the courtyard and a view of the city off of the tiny balcony.

Other than it being tight quarters to get in and out of the parking area tucked away, and the hot water taking forever to come through, there was not much to complain about.

Peaceful and located close to the main plaza. Beautiful views of the city from the hotel windows.

Location is excellent!

They didn't tell me that there was no hot water in the morning and evening. I couldn't take a shower even once.

Garden and rooftop.

The noise from crickets. It prevented me from sleeping well ? also the room smelled a bit funky. I just opened windows and solved the problem.

The property was ok, old but kept clean. The only problem was the noise from a bar until 3am. It is a busy town.

Awesome place! I don't know what it was before but it looks as an old colonisl palace. I enjoyed the view to atrium... and the roooftop view was behind all imagination. Great place!

The warmth and attentiveness of the host and the cleanliness, the staff was also very helpful and always supportive, even out of the property

Takes time for water to warm.

Hotel decorations give traditional Mexican feels. Basic but nice clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. The hotel location is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the autobus station. Hotel is right at the Zocalo centro. Guests can watch the daily life go by on top of the hotel roof.

Shower water pressure can go slow to just drips. At least it happened to me. No breakfast or foods from hotel.

Location is great ?. Old building preserving nostalgically, that beautiful felling of walking into the past.

Beds are really old and very uncomfortable. They have those old, rough, steel mattress springs that you can see right under. It was great as experience to live how our great -great parents use to sleep when they were young; but no to sleep today's time.

Is a tipical Mexican style. Rooms around a patio. Well preserved.

The entrance is a ramp high slope.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, surrounded by lots of restaurants and some activities

The best hotel in our whole Mexio trip! Staff is friendly, water available, cosy beds, perfect locaion 2 mins walk from Zocalo, great WiFi, quiet at night, so pretty, vintage looking hotel…? Nothing else you can wish for! I recommend!
