They didn't gave us our rooms until six pm and they lied about calling us about our rooms wbeing ready right away when confronted with the manager when check in was a three, very rude front desk staff,and gave us the wrong rooms when going to chec.k

good location

AC in first room did not work. In second room AC only cooled to 20 C no mater where you set the room temperature. but It it was comfortable enough.

The location in the bay and the view on either side is astounding. The employees were all extremely helpful and genuine.

The food was a bit pricey, but it was still easier to buy it there than on the street

The staff is outstanding, personable and really want guests to enjoy their time. The hotel lobby, bar and Salsa restaurant are fantastic upgrades and beautiful. The location is perfect.

The music noise some nights coming from the Costera are a little loud.

When you are at the beach area, they do not have waiters service.

This is a clean facility in a prime beach front location. We were visiting from Texas, and felt welcomed by the staff. The onsite food is great, and the pools are great.

Please provide a bigger selection of English speaking tv channels for guests visiting from primarily English speaking countries.

Staff - best anywhere - they care about your stay. Rooms (Junior Suite) are spacious and very comfortable.

I like the hotels location and the facilities. Easy access to the beach and I could use all the facilities without any problems. I also like the way they offer towels and chair in the beach

I didn't like the hidden fees and the way the staff ask to get pay for extra when I remember the lobby personal told me it was already included but when I ask why they said it was only cover once and it was only when exiting. I didn't ask for anything they just did it and charge me for it. I also didn't like that they didn't accept fiscal money only credit or debit cards
