It is really clean. The staff were friendly. It’s quiet was quiet.

WiFi was not good and in the shower you had your choice of cold water and not as cold water. Hot water wasn’t an iption

The breakfast is delicious and super complete. All the staff was nice and welcoming; the facilities were beautiful and very clean at all times.

We'd recommend extending the pool schedule, at least until 10pm. That's all!

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable reasonable price. We stayed 3 days and two nights. Free WiFi, parking is included.

The beds could be a little softer,but not too bad, besides that everything else was great.

Staff, particularly reception ladies from evening shifts are not only rude but also have no customer service or care at all.

The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel.The staff is excellent and the hotel exterior is very well maintained.

It is always nice to see familiar faces, they are nice and friendly! The rooms are comfortable and decent.

The ac unit wasn’t working properly in one of the rooms 304 besides that everything was fine

Security guy not very friendly and follows you and directs you on how to park , where how far back if Crockett it gets annoying.

Location and facilities were good except for the room could have hand towells . The convenience of parking the car with shadow and beside the room was excellent.

The receptionist offered us upon our arrival if we wanted to have the breakfast for 250 pesos, and we decided to buy just one day to see how was it, but my husband became sick of the stomach the second day that we were going to use the coupon and it was sunday , the manager wasn´t available, wich is a mistake, and they told us that they coudn´t give us our money back, that we had to use it or loose it . That was unacceptable for us , we were very dissapointed. . We had to ask for the food to go because he couldn´t eat anything.

The place is very clean. They totally wash it every day. The breakfast is great and the pool is nice with a completely swimmable deep end

One day of our stay the pool bar was completely shut. Otherwise a very good stay.
