    Pros +

    • The location is excellent, very clean and the staff always checking everything is fine
    • The room had the best view....
    • Close to the bus terminal. And leaving!

    Cons -

    • Nothing really, everything was fine
    • In the room there was no fridge, micro-wave or caffee machiene....but the again, there is a Oxo right in the lobby...
    • Pretty much everything! Stark uninviting interiors. The desk staff could use some customer relations training. They should inform you before booking that you are going to have to wear a color coded wrist band, so you could make another hotel choice.

Air conditioner broke twice rude staff

The beach and the amenities (pool etc) are very nice here. The waves are always low, so easy for kids to play.

This was listed as a 4 star hotel, but the rooms are not good. They are in dire need of repair. For example, the bathroom sink in our room is held up by a small table holding the pipes below, and the pipes are duct taped together. Many more examples.

Excellent location, staff was friendly beautiful sea view

Even though the elevator was working it only work with no more that 6 people in it , so it was a big time consuming when coming down or up to the room I was in floor 6 so I better took the stair most of the times

Location is the best, staffs are good, helpful.

Lift service is worst.to reach lobby or room need to wait for 10-15min.Over crowded.

    2HildaPosted on: 1-7-2026

    Honestly, nothing.

The room we got was super hot, the air conditioner never cooled the room. The nights were horrible super hot. They went to check it but did not fix the problem.

    Scenery is great.

Only 2 elevators worked for the whole 3 days I stayed. It took about 30 min to get into one of it didn't get crammed before you entered. Mind you 19 floors it will take a while

The elevator, the air conditioner of the room

    3JazzPosted on: 4-20-2025

It was a large room, and they maintained clean.

There weren't tables, chairs, or camastros enough in the pool area. We wanted to stay at the beach but everything was occupied :( .We wanted to watch the tv but it wasn't connected to wifi.

The majority of the staff were kind and accommodating. Management was something else though.

The hotel doesn't have the infrastructure to accommodate the number of guests. Checking in with a car takes hours. We regularly chose the stairs to/from the 17th floor over the elevator. We watched people get stuck in the elevator and assisted out. I got food poisoning on the 3rd day (of all inclusive), spent the next 36 hours vommitting, asked to see the on-site doctor, and no one seemed interested in helping me. The quality manager said I must have gotten it somewhere else and criticized me for not getting a doctor's note, even though I would have loved some medical attention.

    7ToddPosted on: 12-6-2024

    Closeness to the beach.Pleasant staff.

Elevators working very poorly.Constant flow of people approaching me on the beach trying to sell me various items. For the price of these rooms it should have came with a refrigerator. Or even an ice machine.

The location and rooms and security

Doesn’t let in food from outside. Instructions on page is different from what they provide.

The only positive point of this hotel is its location, right on one of the nicest beaches in Acapulco. If you dare to come here, at least don't hesitate to take a room with a sea view.

The hotel is totally runned-down. It's full of middle-class families coming from Mexico City on a budget tour package. It's crowdy and very noisy. Most guests are rude and don't respect others' desire of tranquillity, they play their loud music and you can't even hear the sound of the sea. In addition, you have to ware a plastified bracelet during your whole stay, which costs 400 pesos in case you loose it. You can't really count on the restaurant, since it's expensive and food is average. For European standards it's a low-key place.
