Room not good. Customer satisfaction is very bad, blanket not good , washroom so bad condition, smell in the washroom, no ironing stuff in the room, not tussi un room,not crockery in room too, not a shower gell, shampoo in washroom etc

The property was large and had many facilities available for use including a grocery store and several pools.

Our air conditioner did not work and while we were given a new room with a better air conditioner, it would have been nice to not deal with such a hassle overall.

place is very old and not clean

we arrive 7pm and there was nothing open. no restaurant no store to get anything to eat.

The price and the staff from reception, that's it.

The pools had excessive chlorine in them, my girlfriend's hair turned green, she had chrome attached to her hair and had to shave her head due to the ridiculous amount of chemicals that stuck from the pool. The staff was awful since we arrived, the doorman was in a bad mood, the lady that delivered the towels was rude, overall it was a really bad experience, I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

The pools.

This hotel is very dirty. We found cockroaches in our rooms. The hotel towels were ripped to shreds and unusable. The bathroom was filthy as well. This hotel is not on the beach nor is it close to places to eat.

we had a group of guesses making a lot of noise past the curfew hours (10pm) in the swimming pool. I contacted the lobby to complain and after 20 minutes they stooped

Free pools and tagada, big rooms and a kitchen. Warm water, I guess, and a minimarket inside.

Slow and unstable wifi, dirty pools, mexicans listening to music till late in the pools, a bad position. If you don't wanna walk a lot to see the good parts of Acapulco, this isn't for you folks. It's like in the suburbs, so watch out. And, it's not possible to give only a pan and a pot, for three people.

The views of the harbor are amazing

There was noise from a party in the hotel in the middle of the night , the pictures are misleading of the elegance of the place

Too many stairs, it is no where Near Handicap accessible !! & my husband is vision impairment Not enough ramps there some stairs had No Ramps at all & there was plenty of room on stairway for ramp also & the private Beach we couldn't access because stairs an No Ramp the elevator is very small no room for wheelchair except but to fold 1 up . They charged 60peso for a towel that I spilled jucie on because they said it had to be washed out by hand..that was redicouls was we supposed to leave the juice on the floor ? & not try wipe it up. No ICE in hotel or cups ..we won't stay there ever again & if we could we would have got our money back an went someplace else. *** We actually checked out & went to Hotel Hotsson Smart on the other side of the ocean here in Acapulco , to stay 2more days here it's awesome **

Even though facilities aren’t very new, rooms get cleaned and washed every day. Safe place to stay. Staff is very helpful, although you will need at least basic spanish knowledge or translator on the phone to get around.

It had a nice view of the bay.

It was nowhere near the beach with bad staff.

We can see that it was gorgeous in it's day.
