Good location, nice beach, adult only area

No guest services, only buffet (no sit down restaurant)very little English spoken by staff

many towels in the room. and the hotel has a good view on the beach

This Hotel appears 5 stars in booking, however the hotel and rooms are very basic, it is very hote and the air conditioner is not working in all rooms, the foods are very tradicional and basic, the swiming pool is dirty and the water is not changed, the stuff do the cleaning of the swiming pool by taking the water from the pool,

The only good thing was the view

Horrible service, for the price paid the value is not there, low speed internet, no room service, very cheap alcohol, only one type of beer, the house alcohol was the lowest quality. There were not enough chars at the each or pool. Our room had mold on the bathroom. Kids pool with rusted screws . Everyone expected tips for very poor service.

The beachfront location of the hotel is great, the room and the facilities were cleaned regularly, the turtle protection program is an excellent initiative.

The pool was rather small for the amount of guests and became crowded and dirty quickly.

The property is located on a good place

The staff was super rude all our stay, food was really bad. The cleaning staff were super late, our room got cleaned until 4 pm

1. First and foremost the quality of food!! We loved it. Specially if you are traveling with kids, I cannot recommend enough. Loads of variety, very tasty. Healthy options available but I am sure you are coming to vacation for the unhealthy but tasty stuffs

1. NO WIFI at rooms, they say they have but not really. Only in lobby. Don’t expect to come and here and work remotely. Your option is to go to the Starbucks which is opposite to the hotel. If working remotely is your plan, this is NOT THE HOTEL. 2. The kids club is basic. The person in charge of it have other responsibilities too and most of the times she is unavailable also it gets closed at 2pm unlike advertised to be closed at 5pm. 3. The hotel is old, like quite old so everything including room, elevator are on older side. Works fine but lacks the fresh touch. 4.Air condition at max speed is also low for my taste.

See view. We lived in a 12 floor. We didn’t had any problem with sound from outside and with elivator. Maybe because we lived during week. Very nice girls on recepción, and all staff was nice. Food and drinks is ok, never was hungry. Good room, had everything that we need. Good location.

Wifi very bad. Easier to say that on this hotel no wifi. Very small swiming pool for adult people.

Hotel in front of beach was great. The dinner could have been better, but the breakfast was great. Drinks were alright, inclusive will always provide water down liquor. I cannot complain about bar tender, they were doing a great job!

The worst experience about my stay in this hotel was the check-in process. The register Ivan was the worst customer service I have received in all my hotel stays first he tried to give us the wrong beds in our rooms. Second, he was unprofessionally rude and never apologized.. I enjoyed many drinks by the beach so cheers to that.

Overall experience was decent, nothing...

Food was decent, not very tasty or good quality. Alcoholic drinks were fair, bartenders did not know many drinks.

Amazing suite with a sea view and right on the beach.. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. I loved most things about it and would stay again. Good value for all inclusive.

The food was not great. Not enough traditional mexican, too much western stodgy food. A bit noisy at dinner time with loud music blasting so no quiet evening meal.

Breakfast was decent, had everything you can ask for. The only problem, most of the items were same every morning.

The problem at this hotel was that there was only one elevator working out of 3...Also the wi-fi very weak at high levels ( we stayed at 10 floor-- bad wi-fi. Also, no fridge in the room and if you wanted ice you had to go to the bar, downstairs...just few examples.

Recurring problems with elevator, needed to wait a lot to get to our room, old rooms, one over crowded pool, valet parking took 45 mins to get our car, bad quality food and beverages

- The rooms are great! Especially after the hurricane :)- Service is great too. Everyone is extremely nice and they are really fast to solve any problem.- Location is great if you want to stay at the "costera"

- The hotel just doesn't have space in the public areas to accommodate the amount of people that come on a weekend or during high season. The small pool will have like 50 people in it, there are 45min long lines for check-in and check-out, etc.- The food is HORRIBLE.- Even though it's "forbidden" to reserve the loungers, the rule is not enforced at all. All loungers are reserved from 7AM until the evening...

Not enough beach chairs

Beds and balcony view were awesome.

We chose a bad time to come. Overcrowded and overpriced. At that time, it was not worth the money. 7k/n.We got very bad stomach issues from food or drinks and had to end up our vac sooner.
