Front desk stuff were unhelpfulness, and lack of professionalism,room issues with cleanliness (dirty rooms, stained linens, unsanitary conditions), poor customer service service

They did not fix the Wi-Fi they never come to fix the air conditioner and the check out guy was very rude. He charge me extra for a towel way too much money and did not have eye contact overall very rude to costumers. The check Ian very freeLY

The hotel is located on the main strip everything its within walking distance... room had a very beautiful view.. restaurants and bars are not that far either.

AC temp are control by them. room was hot. I report it they sent maintenance but they said that was the maximum they can go... also i ask for 1 more hour extension after my check out they didn't want to extend or sell me 1 more hour to check out..

Location! This hotel has a nice location

This hotel is so old, it is urgent to renew it. The a/c on the room never went bellow 25degrees , we couldn¿t sleep. We reported to the reception desk but they never fixed it. The elevators doesn¿t have a/c at all and is super hot in there.

location is the best, lots of bars restaurants near by walking distance.

The waiters are just too slow. serve the food and never comeback to check on the table again, just to drop the check. had to get up and ask or look for them or interrupt their conversations in the back even there were no customers, they don't care about.

Hotel is showing its age, poor maintenance, staff wasnt friendly and or supervisors lacked the drive to provide customer service.

they did not respect my reservation i had a reservation for two  adults and two children and it said so on my confirmation but  they said that they only had it for two adults so I ended up  paying about $--- DLLS more for our stay.

The staff were doing repair work, and there was a lot of noise during the day. What you’re looking for is to relax, and sometimes the noise didn’t allow for proper relaxation. I didn’t like the staff this time either. I can’t say it was all the staff, only the ones at the front desk and the hotel bar.What happened was that I went to Acapulco to celebrate my birthday with my family, and on my birthday my boyfriend sent me a surprise. They went to the lobby asking for me by name, and they told them I wasn’t staying there, even though the reservation was under my name.He messaged me to ask, which ruined the surprise, and I told him I was in room number x They rescheduled the delivery for later, but again they said I wasn’t registered there. So I didn’t get my birthday surprise, and my boyfriend didn’t believe I was actually staying there.On another occasion, we were at the bar with my grandmother, who is elderly and can’t walk much. She wanted to have dinner, so we asked at the restaurant if we could order something and eat it at the bar. They told us to ask the bar waiter, but the bar waiter said he couldn’t because they didn’t have the restaurant menu.

Well situated and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious and beautiful views.

The service needs improvement especially in the inside bar area and when in the pool and requesting food service.

The place is good

When I arrived they give me room 119 and after I arrived to the room the key didn’t open… so I was to come back to reception to check and they assume the mistake… they give me a wrong room… my correct was 114… I was so tired and almost midnight to spend time in mistakes

the pool was amazing, with different options and sizes. The room was specially good because of the view. The location is maybe the best of the city, with a lot of restaurants around, stores and the beach!

The bed was a little soft.

Nice older hotel, needs an update. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants are good, wood was presented very nicely, looked and tasted as it should.
