The room was "upgraded" as they were fully booked (Supposedly) we were put in the last floor which you had to access via stairs as the lift only got to the 11th floor. It was obvious that this top floor was added to gain extra rooms but was horrible.

the staff are very kind, great location, easy to check in and out

The hotel walls are very thin. A group of young people moved in the last night I was there. They were loud and I asked to the front desk to they could mention something to them. It took them a long while to respond. It is my only complaint of the hotel.
