Location
The hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. We had a corner room overlooking the city, and were never bothered by noise either on the street or in the hallway.

Cons -

Room was good size, but for a 5 star hotel, definitely in need of an update .
The Air Condition in the room was not working properly.
The only negative were the breakfast and snacks on the Bonvoy floor (11). There wasn't anything of substance,so instead of just grabbing something, we had to go either to the restaurant, or across the street to Starbucks. Evening snacks were ok.
