For being downtown location was great and it was a good neighborhood. Dated decor. Pleasant staff. Interior room was very quiet but the trade off was no view at all. Wifi did not work reliably in the room but was always available in lobby. Decent food.

Stinks of cigarette smoke, AC randomly works or not with no in room control. No electrical outlets anywhere near the bed an only one in the room at all. No Wi-Fi! Hot water kept going out. Only window opens to a smoking area. Not even a bathroom fan!

It didn't collapse

Stinks of cigarette smoke, AC randomly works or not with no in room control. No electrical outlets anywhere near the bed an only one in the room at all. No Wi-Fi! Hot water kept going out. Only window opens to a smoking area. Not even a bathroom fan!
