- I didn't like the coldness in their front desk personnel. Didn't make me feel really welcome. The assigned room was not quiet at all. All night long hearing the noise caused by the machines and the view from the windows was awkward.
- With the exception of the bellhop who helped us to our room the staff are poorly trained, uncaring and spend more time talking to each other and joking around than looking after their guests.

The selling point of this hotel is definitely the lobby and it history. The lobby is like a small museum that is impeccably maintained. All of the displays that are presented are not only interesting but create a great lobby ambience.
The staff is not especially friendly and the rooms rather unremarkable. But the thing I did not like the most was the surrounding area. The surrounding area is rather promiscuous. There are several shops selling sex toys displayed in the windows
