Pros +
- the staff were polite the entrance was super pretty there is parking space room service was cheap
- They allowed us to store our luggage after check out for free. The neighbourhood offered a lot of street food and was near a metro station and walking distance to the historical.
- The lobby is beautiful, the decoration is awesome! The Hotel is really close to public transportation services and there is a few stores nearby.
Cons -
- if you call to make reservations or o to the hotel directly you will get a cheaper price than online. the bathorooms were nice and clean and comfy but we were not given any shampoo, just soap
- The windows didn't close at all, leading to news throughout the night due to it being next to a main road. The rooms were not very clean and felt neglected. We did not receive amenities (shampoo and soap) until the last day. The bed was one of the lumpiest and most squicky beds we have ever had. Impossible to move and not be loud. The neighbourhood is a bit on the rough side.
- The room was incredibly small. The door of the bathroom was broken. The staff offered to change us the room but we did not accept. The bed sheets and the floor had stains, one towel was insanely worn out.
