- 16th floor outdoor deck for the concierge members Location convenient
- Location, staff and amenities. The team was very helpful. Always had a good restaurant or bar recommendation and you can walk to almost everything.
Cons -
- My eleven year old son and myself were bitten by what we think were bedbugs, at least 10 bites each! Had to change rooms at 4am . Paid about $--- dlls for a hotel with bedbugs!!
- The staff. They tried to charge me a different rate when checking in, and tried to claim it was "taxes". They also charged me $260 per day for "incidentals".

My eleven year old son and myself were bitten by what we think were bedbugs, at least 10 bites each! Had to change rooms at 4am . Paid about $--- dlls for a hotel with bedbugs!!
