The staff and front desk were very nice and attentive.

Only the outside environment at night was too scary and night time. But the building had good security.

Breakfast was ok.

Terrible reception desk (except for one girl). I would not recommend this place to black travelers. They don't like you and are not shy about it. It seems Mexico has a very long way to go regarding race relations. This place is a prime example of that.

It was comfy and seemed clean. Blanca was able to accommodate to our needs as a group.

Facilities and staff kindness plus value for money

Breakfast was terrible and the taxi service they order scammed us increasing the fare during the trip. The hotel said they would report it hope they do.

The jetted bathtub was huge and great for soaking after a day of walking around the city. The service was friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and open. Overall the room was a good price for the space and amenities.

It would have been nice to have more towels (there was no washcloths at all), and toilet paper. There was no microwave, mini fridge or coffee pot which would have been nice. The microwave was shared in the lobby. The bed was quite hard and there was really soft pillows and not as comfy as other hotels. It also was a bit unnerving with the prostitutes outside in the late and early hours, at least they weren’t pushing for services just standing/ hanging around.

Morning staff was really nice

-Overnight staff was really unhelpful , dealing with a rude neighbor, we called multiple times complaining about the noise and they refused to help.-Electrical sockets were unsafe, try to plug in phone charger and sparks flew out.-Breakfast there isn’t to much there , eggs look bad . I just ate fruit and cereal.- Location of hotel is not the best , if you walk at night there is a lot of ladies of the night if you know what I mean.

It was the best of three hotels we stayed in Mexico. The stuff was helpful and we liked the modern design of the room. The location is perfect, there is Walmart and transportation stations next to the hotel. I really recommend the hotel.

Low soundproofing between the rooms, every day we were woken by the alarm clock of the neighbors at 6a.m. But luckily the others were very quiet.

The noise was horrendous....Did not sleep a wink after an 18 hour flight from New Zealand People were so noisy all around the accom, near my room and downstairs. Traffic noise was horrible- Didn't like this place

Rooms not sound proof. The closer to the street the more noisy it is. You hear actually everything.Nevertheless, I like it. I was able to zoom out and sleep without the provided ear plugs for the noise cancelation.

-Shower in a single room needs serious attention - shower head is not working properly, so the water goes everywhere. -If you are looking for a quiet location it's not a good option for you - the street is very loud and there is no noise isolation in the room.

Their is no A/C

Their is no option for cancellation. I was paid for 11 days but I stay only 2 days. I leave room because of no Air conditioning. Too much hot. Can’t stay

Not bad for the money but rooms are too hot in spring / summer without air condition. I recommend to book a suite.

WiFi ist too slow for nearly everything. No storage of luggage longer possible than a day.

Cleanliness, of the place ,and the security of the building nice water flow hot and cold for showers friendly staff, walking distance from a store walmart in case you need to shop for something, near by star bucks,pizza etc.

That they don't have a fridge or iron to iron clothes or fridge to keep cold snacks or water cool....don't have a restaurant menu in case want to have something to eat after breakfast .
