Pros +
- The comfortable bed,the front desk staff,Netflix and the breakfast.
- The location is excellent! The staff is awesome!(hotel employ we is my new best friend)The breakfast is good! The room is big,a nice comfy bed and free Netflix.
Cons -
- No, the issues I did have were promptly taken care of by the front desk staff.
- No elevator(I felt bad that people had to help me with my luggage because it is really heavy). It would be nice if more of the staff spoke/understood English there were a few miscommunication issues, but nothing major,I should be better at Spanish.
