Pros +

The location is perfect for business trips. The WTC is a couple of blocks away. Restaurants and small businesses are nearby, and they offer most of the things that you may need.

Cons -

THIS PLACE IS NOT A HOTEL! It was advertised as a hotel, but it is not. I did not want to deal with an "owner", nor did I want to deal with a stranger coming into the premises, but I did. It is like an air b and b.
