    • Literally everything about this hotel was fantastic! I loved it! You get so much for the price! Very spacious room, an aamazing view, and a gym! Even has a Sauna! Trust me, you will love it here. Next time I'm in Mexico City, I'll for sure be coming back!
    • Clean, modern, and close to everything
    • The best aspect of the hotel were the breakfasts prepared by Angie Tapia and Juan Ramires. They were so friendly and welcoming to us, we felt completely at home. Enjoying their food and company on the terrace in the fresh air and sun was a great way to start each day. We also enjoyed the gym on the top floor, with nice views of Mexico City.

    Cons -

    • I have nothing negative to say about our stay here! Loved Everything about it!
    • Small things which could be improved: the shower sprayed in all directions and drained very slowly, and only one of our two key cards worked at a time.
    • I don't like to Parking it's very small

The hotel was lovely but the best thing was the complementary breakfast. Fantastic every morning with great variety and lovely staff. Juan was super friendly and nice to us. I would recommend the Pan Frances (French toast).

I like to apartment, very clean and beautiful

I don't like to Parking it's very small

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. The location is great.

Many of the details in the room were neglected. The shower head and/or valve is in serious need of replacing. The safe didn’t work. TV couldn’t be figured out. There was no instructions for anything in the room. The staff was very accommodating and wanted to come and help but we really didn’t want to be bothered. The kitchen is the most sparsely equipped we’ve ever seen. No sharp knife. No kettle. No wine opener. Etc. etc.. The spiral staircase to the bedroom may be difficult for some to navigate.

The staff. Super professional. The building. So efficient

Not their fault. But near a difficult intersection to navigate

Good location, service and cleanest. Two bathroom

The upstairs bedroom is a little hard to reach. The stairs are complicated to use. The bathroom is kind of slippery and could be dangerous for ederly people.

comfortable apartment located in Napoles CDMX. I recommend for long staying, specially if you want to have a home feeling.

breakfast could be improved to match everything else.

The fact that is an apartment and has a kitchen and living room makes it very spacious and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very nice.

The shower door was a problem to close and keep it steady so the water was coming out and the drain of the shower was getting plugged as well. It needs a bit of a renovation in that area.

    It’s big

Apparently from the last time I stayed to this one , the building doesn’t have good care , the WiFi is really slow, TVs doesn’t have the latest software or they don’t really check , there’s not blow dryer, lamps were broken and didn’t work, staff was meh!

It is a gestapo camp: very cold/lifeless place but employees especially front desk are colder. Air condition does not work, towels smell sulfur. During check in lady kept deny my 4 credit cards, finally she accepted 5th one. I got very nervous and called all my banks thinking I got fraud. With that anxiety, I learnt after 1 hour nothing wrong with my credit cards. It is an extremely cold place, I was frozen the night, and AC/ heater doesn’t work. When I was leaving , they wanted to charge me 600 pesos more because I was 18 min late and attitude. Stay away at all cost

small place with small bedac dont really workand the breakfast is really bad

    1PamelaPosted on: 2-16-2025

TV in my parents room was not working and the lady in the front desk was rude and gave no option and the only option she gave was for the to leave the room and wait more than 6 hours so they could assign another room. When tried to reasoning with her she was very rude will never stay there and send my parentsShe was saying that is the service you have to take it

The lady in front desk she was rude she never gave a solution so tu the malfunctions of the TV. She yelled at my parents

The breakfast is decent. Overall its location makes the hotel a nice choice.

Many non-operating/non-functional items in the room: One of the reading light does not turn on, the door of the shower does not close, beds are sliding over its base, the safety locker was not attached to the wall/cabinet and it was free to carry, etc.

    Clean building

Limited breakfast choice but they do serve till 11. Our room was next to the road so it got pretty loud at night.

    7AlisonPosted on: 1-30-2025

Big suite with lots of space, comfortable bed. Use of jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Unfortunately the sauna did not heat up to a good temperature.

The booking was accidentally made 2x and we felt a bit hassled by the staff to fix it from our end.Parking is an extra charge and free breakfast is very simple and not good quality. For the price you pay, they can give a bit better service with more included amenities.

    7JenniferPosted on: 1-27-2025

The location and size of the room.

Whoever runs the cafe is beyond rude. I paid for breakfast for my entire stay and only utilized it once because I made to feel uncomfortable and bothersome by the cafe staff.
