The water faucet had a leak, the room carpet was dirty. Below the couch I found a chocolate cracker.

Hotel was clean, very comfortable beds, and Breakfasts was great. Just a little far from everything. With traffic, airport was 55 min away, Zócalo central was 53 min away and bacilica de Guadalupe was 55 minutes away.

I’m staying at this hotel not for the first time. I like it here - the cozy rooms, the tasty breakfast, and the attentive staff

Very few options for Room Service. Staff in general were rude (specially in restaurant) and not very eager to assist customers.

King suite is large. Location close to Starbucks and hop on hop off bus. Close to many food options.

The hotel needs remodelling it's very dated. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable we didn't get much sleep as we both struggled with the height of the pillows and how hard the bed was. The shower floor drain didn't drain properly either.The concierge and waiters in the breakfast dining area always seemed to be in a bad mood and could be rude at times.

We got a room in the executive floor 8th, The room was really spacious with a big jacuzzi.

Food from room service is Ok.Like it: PizzaNot much: pastas and cheese table.

Room was ok, but the system to open and close the curtains did not work well. Only one bath towel provided (no hand towel or other) the first two days. Breakfast was very busy and the person in charge somewhat rude.

The ac didn't work and they didt offer cleaning services despite being asked tp do so from our first day of a 4 day stay. Ot was horrible and not worth the cost!

Check in excellent! Cleaning staff very good and professional. The breakfast is deliicious!

The automatic shade system is odd and I never could get the temperature control working properly.

the rooms are super comfortable, the location is hard to beat and all the rooms have a jacuzzi tub that does, in fact work. The TV's are huge and new. Free breakfast is well thought out and food is good.

Staff are NOT friendly. They're actually kind of snooty which kind of blows my mind like relax, this isn't the Ritz guys. I dropped off a shirt for laundry service and getting it back was a nightmare, only then to notice it was NOT my shirt, but someone else's. When I approached them about it at the front desk they acted like it was my problem. I've stayed 3 times and the staff at the front desk are always like that. If it weren't for the location and the amazing beds, I would stay somewhere else based on their service.

The breakfast buffet its a really good, room its ok, good space, decent TV, and internet works fine, close to WTC, have Cafe, restaurants and supermarket closed have tablet for handle ligths

The breakfast start just to 6:30 AM, could little earlier, the traffic to Napoles area its quite heavy on rush hours, Gym its limited, and its not close to historical downtown

The room was relatively spacious. The surrounding area is OK too, far from hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet offering a number of eateries and shops nearby.

The tablet controlling main functions in the room (temperature control, curtains, etc.) kept disconnecting from the network. As a result during our stay AC/ventilation switched itself 4x and the curtains noisily moved themselves in the middle of the night, which is annoying to say the least.More diverse breakfast options would have been appreciable.The receptionist at the check-in was not the most friendly (and we got no help with the luggage either), but otherwise the staff were OK.
