Pros +
- The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly
- It was actually a very nice hotel, the bar was great and so was the restaurant. It is close to a lot of places so there wasn’t a lack of places to walk to. It also felt safe to me. I’m a solo woman traveler and would tell my other girlfriends to stay here. I was out walking around at 11pm.
- Staff was very helpful, room was clean, dark at night, and quiet. I was very happy that the room and bed were so comfortable. Breakfast is a huge buffet so that you can find things you like no matter your taste - omelets made to order, baked goods, eggs, bacon or sausage or equivalent, potatoes, pancakes, tons of fruit, juices, cereal, etc. The window of time for breakfast was large so that early risers and tired travelers who want to sleep in can be accommodated. The location was great, which is important in this city. It was very safe and had lots of restaurants and stores nearby, so that you not only have a lot of choices for food, but can buy whatever you may need, from toothpaste to clothing.
Cons -
- The only thing was I found a lot of hair in my room that wasn’t mine.
- Really unhappy with the laundry service. This is not part of the hotel, so I didn't consider this when rating the hotel. They shrank some of the clothing, which I'd washed and dried many times prior, so they must have used an acetylene torch to dry them. I also provided specific instructions for one of the two bags of laundry: Do not use dryer, please air dry / line dry. These instructions were provided in spanish and approved by the front desk people to ensure my request was reasonable and grammatically correct. What I got back were items that all reeked of chemical fabric softener, including the tights and bras that I'd specifically asked not to dry in a dryer. I had to take 3 hours to go to a laundromat to re-wash the items. They still stank of chemical fabric softener after 2 more washings. (I do highly recommend the nearby laundry that provides self-serve and drop off cleaning: Lavandería The Laundry Club +52 55 9003 9749 Boston 17A, Noche Buena, Benito Juárez, 03720). Oh,and I should have asked the price. I didn't have time to hand wash and wait for them to dry, but it was a very small amount of clothing so I was shocked when they told me I owed just under $50 US dollars!!!!! And they never gave me back the bags I'd been using for my laundry. Disastrously bad service at an exorbitant price!
- The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, I contacted the reception but nothing was done about it. When travel around the world, it is nice to have a Wi-Fi.The breakfast was horrible. Not worth the money. No hams or cheese, very limited selection. I do not recommend.

Very nice, modern and quite spacious rooms. Super friendly staff at the front desk.

Location, cleanliness in the room, staff - special Sergio at the restaurant was always very courteous and took care of all our needs.
Nothing at to mention
The location was excellent, especially for our trip to the Formula One Grand Prix. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the metro station, which provides a direct line to the racetrack. There are also a few shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is conveniently close to two of the city’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, La Condesa and Roma Norte, both filled with charming cafes and excellent dining options. We had a room on a high floor so couldn’t hear the traffic from the busy main road.
The room was very small, and the bathroom was open-plan with no separate door. In general, the noise insulation was quite poor, and the doors banged heavily when guests in adjacent rooms returned. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming or attentive, and it felt like guest comfort wasn’t a priority.
Clean, cozy and in a great spot
On arrival I tried to get a room which was impossible. After that I tried the all Accor app; again impossible to book. Then I tried it via booking.com and I was able to instantly book it.
Close to WTC where the event was held. Lots of restaurants in the area, very busy area, apparently safe, a bit noisy region.
The shower head was not good. Badly maintained and didn´t provide me with a good shower.
I normally don't give hotels a 10/10 rating, but this small, boutique-like hotel in a prime Mexico City spot really deserves it. Awesome staff, room, and facilities.
The breakfast could have been a little tastier, but it did the trick.
Great location, close to many amenities and right across the street from the World Trade Center.
Washcloths aren’t available. We found some in the gym and took them to our room so we could use them as washcloths.

Central location, helpful staff.
You need to forcefully download their Novotel app in order to get your digital keys. These digital keys can be accessed via your phones bluetooth. What was a pain at time is using the bluetooth in order activate the elevators, this at time didn't work and I had to constantly keep trying to select my floor. The readers in the elevator need to be replaced or reconfigured for better signal strength.
The staff was amazing, if you're going to the WTC is perfect. They let us keep the car park before the check in and after the check out. Definitely I'll come back next year or if another event happens before.

Great staff all around. Good room and cozy. quite. clean.
location kinda tricky to find. Small lobby
The service from the staff was great. Very professional and warm.
The bed. It was too soft. I prefer harder mateases.
We were 3 and they immediately send us extra towels, water .It is a very nice comfortable hotel with gym, restaurant,in a great location for turistic activities. It is my fourth time there. Always a good experience. We did the check out and they took care of.our bags before we return to pick them up before going to the airport.
No upgrade and I would have probably appreciate a lower floor than 12 floor.
It was excellent experience staying at this hotel. Safe and clean . Hotel personnel were friendly.
Great WTC view, new clean amd well appointed rooms, friendly staff, onsite bar and restaurant.
The recessed lighting behind my vanity sink mirror was flickering, and the make-up mirror’s light did not work either. It was a little dark for shaving.
