Modern and clean.Staff is super friendly. Brandon took very good care of us every morning at breakfast.Can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a premium area with easy access to the World Trade Center and plenty of great restaurants just around the corner. There’s also a pharmacy conveniently located right across the street in case you need anything. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the airport when traffic is light.

I wish the shower had something to keep water from leaking under the door, as it tended to create a bit of a wet mess. However, the housekeeping team serviced the room daily, providing fresh towels and everything I needed.

Beautiful roof terrace and pool. Food was delicious. Staff are very friendly :) Room are spotless with gorgeous bathroom

It was very clean and the privacy was great.

Well, I ask for a place to have a good breakfast and the staff never told me that they have a great food just in the hotel.

The music on the rooftopp (loud regetaon) does not much the vibe of the place. It really should be toned down as it just throws the guests off and is not enjoyable. Perhaps a café type jazz would be more appropriate?

Lound party music in the rooftop all day long, starting early in the morning. Not possible to rest, nap, chill. We planned to have lunch at the restaurant, but because of the party music we run away.

Nice hotel in a convenient location for a conference at the World Trade Center. Room pleasant and clean, lovely front desk staff.

Staff on rooftop for breakfast lovely, but super inefficient, delivered one orange juice at the time etc. - 3 days out of 5 I left before I got my breakfast because I couldn´t be bothered to wait. Noise from outside window started at 5.45 every morning, perhaps just the nature of the town. Also, noise from hotel tenants coming late to their rooms up until around midnight, coming through door to hallway.

Great location, clean and modern. I loved the roof top terrace and the chilled atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

No fridge in the room and communication with staff in english was a challenge as only one person spoke english

Room was very clean and comfortable. You can log into your netflix account on the TV. SHower was great pressure and towels were soft. had a window you could open for fresh air and heating contorls

Very tasteful Mexican breakfast. Clean and quiet room with all necessary amenities. About 20 minutes to the airport.

The pool and terrace was closed due to a private event.
