- The hotel is older, but well maintained in the rooms. The daily cleaning was very good and the sit down breakfast service was excellence. Very easy access to the main roads that lead to all sides of Saltillo
- Good breakfast. Good location. Quietness in Room. There was an guard on duty at the parking lot.
Cons -
- Dirty, out of date, rundown and low quality
- A little older than expected, hallway carpets were very worn
- The room wasn't really clean. The bed sheets seemed not to be washed after the previous use. We found hair in the bed. All the hotel needs a renovation. The staff at reception were friendly but seemed not to know how to handle pre-reserved booked nights

Pool is nice, great location and premises.
All rooms and buildings are dated, needs urgently a refurbishment.
