The TV did not work, so we were change to a different room. we had to pack and unpack again.

Muy limpio y tranquilo. El personal muy amable ..a la hra del desayuno muy completo y el personal de la cocina muy amable, estan super atentos que nesecitas¿definitivamente lo recomiendo

when we went to eat breakfast. 7:30 a.m. the serves was really bad. i had to ask for coffee 3 time. the employee were busy watching t.v. and talking there were 3 person serving but they were not doing there job.

Check in time had to wait 2 hours to check in they have 135 rooms nobody was at the hotel and they didn’t have a king room ready till 3 ?

The fact that I requested an accessible room, yet the Bed was way to high for a person in a wheelchair and the beds were way to small,.

Property was ok staff was nice and helpful

It’s summer (100°+)and I requested a mini fridge when I booked it and it wasn’t any I let them know and they don’t care or do anything about it

I like because was friendly and easy access to the parking lot , to the room and excellent breakfast

The people next to my room, was vary noisy was vary noisy like 2 o clock in the morning and don’t respect for the others

No wifi during my stay. Breakfast was always the same thing

Breakfast was good. Our room had a sewer smell. Outside of our room was full of construction materials and tools.

Absolutely nothing

They had reports of grown men taking pictures of children and they did nothing. When we saw a man doing it to our little girl we confronted him and we were treated like the criminals. We did not stay and left. We lost money and are now pursing what we can to get justice on our side.
