- Installations need attention , our beds were not soft , breakfast very - very typical , while in the same time other visitors had nice buffet breakfast option ,said due to agreement..., nice local coffee though very light.
- Unfortunatelly the bar at the pool (the only one) closed between 09.00 and 10.00 pm.

The property is a short taxi ride to ADO Bus terminal, the city center and the new Tren Maya terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the restaurant on site.
Our sink was broken and leaked very badly! They were full and could not give us a new room until the next day. The WIFI was disappointing. We could only access it in the lobby and restaurant.

Hard to find the hotel from the street, no sign, breakfast was so-so some waitress were no friendly unwilling to explain & try to cover guess needs

The waitress for sunday breakfast no service no attention i told her 'THE COFFE IS NOT HOT" she did nothing to try to reheat the coffee

Very poor Wi-Fi connection. No pool bar, no possibility to eat or drink in the evening...
Bad experience
We did not get the reservated room. Instead an older and less beatiful one for the same price.The room smelled very bad and the towels and bed sheets were not hyghenic.
