Pros +
- Great pool. Clean rooms. A/C worked
- Position close to ruin area. Comfortable rooms, nice pool to have a rest and relax after the visit. The restaurant is an average one: we didn't have breakfast, but had dinner.
- Best thing was the water slide …when they turned off the mosquito fountain pump and could find the pump switch
Cons -
- WiFi rarely worked. We couldn’t even pay our bill because their entire network was down one evening. Restaurant food was not good. Hardly any menu choices were available. Only one or two beers on a much larger menu were available. No espresso drinks were available in the morning because we were told they only serve espresso in the afternoon and evening (??!!) Loud music played in the restaurant from 7am which could be heard from half the rooms. Shower heads were a joke with water splashing everywhere. No pool towels, so you have to use room towels. Location is about 1/2 idle outside of town center on a very busy road. No water was available to fill our own water bottles.
- No internet Uninterested staff
- A bit worn down here and there. Staff (no English) not service minded.

Luxury hotel with lovely pool. Spacious rooms. Clean. 10-15 min walk from large supermarket, 15-20 minutes from cute restaurants and ADO bus station.
A bit worn down here and there. Staff (no English) not service minded.
Position, very clean, swimming pool
Free parking, although not at all private. Anyone can park there, no one checks.
Staff is seriously arrogant. Reception doesn't look at you or great you. (I speak Spanish so this isn't a language thing). Food in the restaurant is disgustingly dry and staf doesn't care. When leaving no tip, the lazy server came to me and barked "eh.. no tip??"Avoid.
Large pool, decent restaurant
Not nice road to walk along
Really lovely location and facilities, staff were really helpful, we had a great comfortable stay and booked tours and taxis from reception. Food at the restaurant was really good.
More water for the room could have been available for the room, and the laundry service was expensive but still a good service.
Friendly staff and clean room.
The night was rainy and cold.
Good place to relax and all the facilities you would need from the restaurant to the pool.
Apparently you are not supposed to have any food and drink in your room! But we coped.
awesome stay, great restaurant, loved the hammock’s right outside my room! Not far walk from center.
The swimming pool was a great relief and very useful in the warm and humid weather of Palenque. The place is lovely and friendly.
The rooms were tiny without much of free space. A coffee place in the room and a little refrigerator were missing. Due to the warm weather in the place, leaving your air conditioned room for each cup of coffee or anything else is really annoying.
Great food, pool and comfy beds
Felt more like a 3 star hotel than 4 if I'm honest
The pool, entree drink, garden, playground, restaurant
Hotel was almost empty and the room was at the side without view (not the side with the view on pool)
The hotel is clean and well located, also de food at the restaurant is tasty
The rooms weren’t ready for the check-in and the keys didn’t function properly so I had to wait for them 2 hours to use my room, then they cut the service of the key at the check-out and our stuff was still in the room, we asked for a couple of minutes to take our things and they were kind of rude about it, finally we requested to used the pool and they didn’t allow it, in general they were rude and ask us as guest for comprehension but they were really inflexible
nice staff at the reception (not at the restaurant though)comfortable room, good amenities (pool..)good location plenty of food options at the restaurant
landscaping, comfortable sizeable rooms, pool, restaurant
The pool area and garden is lovely.
Rooms were not quite clean and you would rather rate it a 3-star hotel on European standards.
A fairytale hotel, a continuation of the superb nature that surrounded us. The food in the restaurant was very good, the rooms were huge overlooking the garden, with good wifi and very helpful staff.
I can't think of anything I don't like. The pool should be deeper.
Great location near city center about 10min. walk via a main road, great wifi, neighbourhood was OK , rooms were spacious and very clean , great breakfast !Secure and spacious parking .
Great stay ! Very near the Palenque archeological sites.
