Pros +
- Location was great and the hotel was maintained in outstanding condition.
- Everything was wonderful! This place is like a full-fledged resort, with many amenities, a lovely pool, great restaurant, beautiful grounds. Loved it!
- We really enjoyed our two-night stay here. The King room was large and comfortable and the pool--even on a cloudy day--was a good place to relax after touring. The bartender Josue was friendly and attentive. In fact, all of the staff were. We had Alfonso and Christian as servers in the restaurant. I included some photos of our dinner and breakfast there. The breakfast was buffet one day because there was a group inhouse and a la carte the second day. Both menus had savory and healthy options. Well located for touring the ruins and other eco sites nearby.
Cons -
- Nothing!
- There is nowhere for people to get drinking water or to refill their bottles. Considering the heat in the area, you would think having some fountains for guest use would be helpful. The rooms are not very sound proofed, as you can hear everything next door.
- The buffet of the breakfast was okay but expensive not that good. Also the food in the restaurant is not that good. The room wasn’t clean. Also the rooms are not sound proof. The staff not smiling and don’t know English that well.

Beautiful landscape with big pool. Very nice staff. Room is comfortable, big bed.
The hotel is in a perfect location close to the ruins and downtown. Nice grounds with 2 swimming pools and greenery, but they tend to get crowded by large groups of people partying which can ruin the peaceful vibe. The restaurant serves very good food, but its pretty expensive.

The location is near the Queens of Maya tribe in the middle of the jungle so you should consider taking a taxi for the centre.(80 pesos because collectivo until 5 pm). The pool looks amazing and also the place. The staff helped us with everything we needed.

Friendly staff, nice pool
Food at the restaurant wasn't that great and pretty pricey.
The property is beautiful, a series of buildings connected by lovely outdoor walkways, each with a few hotel rooms. Some rooms are quite a walk from the reception up an incline, but the staff helped us with our bags upon check in and check out. The outdoor spaces had beautiful plants, and we could hear howler monkeys at times and see interesting wildlife. The room was spotless and nicely equipped with a coffee maker, TV, good internet, effective a/c, a safe, and the bathroom had very nice soaps and shampoos. Staff were universally helpful, pleasant and welcoming. There was ample parking. The room was quiet, although we could hear housekeeping carts being moved outside in the morning. The main hotel pool was closed for repairs, but the second hotel pool was available for use. The location was ideal to visit the Palenque ruins, the town of Palenque and waterfalls and other attractions in the area.
For a property which is said to be pet friendly, we found the pet fee to be excessive, the highest I have paid anywhere in memory. It seems like little more than a cash grab to charge a daily premium almost 50% above the regular room rate for a small dog, but no such premium for children, teenagers or groups.
Great value! Nice room and a comfortable bed. Howler monkeys were calling out at night. That was k8nd of neat.
My room was up the hill.
Comfy bed. Great shower. Close to the palenque national park. Good food at the restaurant. Strong AC. Ceiling fan. Netflix was an option once the tv was fixed. Spotlessly clean.
Placed far away, up the hill. The resort was empty. The pool near our room was poorly maintained - the clean pool was near the front and a long walk - so never used it. No fridge in the room (we knew this but would have been handy) until the phone was connected (missing the cord) we had to walk to the front desk to ask anything.
Great facilities , good location
Staff is not attentive ;
Really beautiful property, really nice location, friendly staff and a comfortable, clean room. Only complaint is the barking dogs that started way too early in the morning and never stopped. Other than that a very pleasant stay.
Setting and accomodations were excellent
Staff was friendly but too use to dealing with large tour groups and not couples or small groups not on tour. Bar, did not understand what a margarita is. The bar was unimpressive.
Perfect place to do your activities like go to archeological sites and cascadas. The rooms are clean. Staff is great in accommodating you.
Nothing wish I could have stayed longer.
Location, facilities, pool, nice rooms, great food
Lovely grounds and buildings in a tropical park like setting, great pool, comfortable rooms and good buffet breakfast.
Comfortable sojourn for 2 nights. Some way from town but excellent for the ruins.
Everything. It was beautifully landscaped , the rooms were situated for privacy, and the pool was absolutely stunning, especially with the lighting at night. It was definitely one of the most attractive resort-like places we’ve stayed at. It was immaculately clean. Top marks to the hard-working cleaners.
I have nothing negative to say other than the repetitive menu. After 2 days it got boring. The waiters were all very pleasant.
Nice hotel with a great location in a tropical setting.
Service of the staff did not reflect the expected in a five star hotel. We had to wait more than one hour for our room to be ready. It was also really difficult to book a massage as there were one few options to choose from. When we finally agreed to a time it was changed last minute and the massage itself did not live up to our expectations.
Very pretty, quiet and nice rooms.
The restaurant is a bid outdated. The food was decent but not great.
