Hotel Mesaluna Near American Consulate

Staff was friendly. Shuttle service, pool was clean. They do bbq on some days. Cleaning comes every day

The first room we got the door looked as if it had been forced open. As there was a gab you could see in, but they changed the room as soon as a mention it.

The concierge service there was a guy who what super helpful. Unfortunately I don?t remember his name but he was a great help even took us to Walmart a couple of times. Older gentleman with light eyes.

There was warm water the first 2 days, there were white spots in the tv and ask to pay breakfast when it was included the first day had to ask the stuff to fix it.

The location of the hotel is great and all the staff is really nice and they put a lot attention to your needs...

I call weeks before and ask them if I get there early can I check inn before 3:00 and they say yes and I got there about 11:00 am and They give me the room till almost 5 it was a lot of waiting...

Continental & hot breakfast was excellent! Pool & gym area was a plus! Pool area grill & snack bar was satisfying! Staff was very polite & professional! ATM located in lobby was convenient. Meals offered at lunch hours were affordable & generous.

Old style tube tvs should be updated. Shower drained slowly. Room we stayed in was facing the street & didn't shut completely, outside noise could be heard at all times. Bathroom lacked an exhaust fan!

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Good transportation service.

I would have liked for the snack bar workers to have used gloves when preparing food. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Our mirror was cracked in the bathroom and we informed the front desk asap because we didn't want to get blamed for it.

My stay was great! Great location for an overall great price! All staff from Front desk, house keeping,laundry,bell boys,snack bar, security were very helpful friendly and always made me feel at ease and tried to make my stay there easier!(like at home)

The pool could be heated the say it can't buy it really can!!!!!! Also the carpets in rooms need to be updated along w tvs.! Since the reason most people stay here is for the consulate it would be great if the rooms had a mini fridge.

The breakfast and early dinner options were extremely appreciated because as someone who was going through an already $$ immigration process, any savings of $$ is appreciated . The quality of the food was great. The check in process and staff were great!

The noise level in our street facing room was disturbing, the window in room 401 didn't latch completely, so I could hear everything on the boulevard.

The service is great, they help you with everything, answer any questions you have, they offer food delivery, they also have a little restaurant in the pool area very good food and service, there is music in the pool area, very nice place

The only thing is that carpet need to be clean and maybe upgrade the bedsheets

I stayed in hotels all around the world, there are places were the zone affect the quality of the hotel in many ways, but specifically on this hotel the staff is the worst they deserve a medal for the worst hotel staff ever, they should be happy they at least accomplish that because I'm sure they haven't accomplish anything else in the life of the hotel, they treat you like they are doing you a favor for staying at their crappy hotel, I didn't know if I should laugh about such a bad experience or get mad because it was completely ridiculous, by getting mad and fighting with an stupid person they just lower you to their level and defeat you with experience. Sorry for the long review but I just want to save everyone a really bad experience in this hotel.

They have the worst staff ever, that hotel is practically a joke, the pool is completely full, the water is green, at night there is an alcohol checkpoint that won't let you get to the hotel, the police always assume you consumed alcohol.

The hotel was clean and safe. Also, it was close to everything I needed involving American Consulate business.

The pool was a merky, off blue color. At first I thought it was nitrients, but remembered that I was in Mexico and then the truth settled in. Not that it wasn't clean, but it was definitely dirty. Plus, the hotel staff at check in were plain old snobby.

Internet signal in room 302 was too weak and would disconnect too often. Carpet in room was stained and room was not properly clean once

Housekeeping and busboys were really friendly and always provided us with very useful information.

We had issued with us being changed by rooms twice because we asked for a single bed and they always gave us double beds, and every time we would approach them to change our room, they were always "full or didn't have anything available.

It was great.The location near the consulate and near all the places that I su post to go to fantastic I did not have to be driving around everything was near so I walk all the time. It was great and the people that work there are nice and helpful.
