Everything,the staff was excellent and the hotel really clean and comfortable.

There were just to washer and dryer sets. One of the dryers wasnt working properly so I waited 6 hours to dry a load of laundry .

The hotel is very nice but expensive for the quality offered

I selected this hotel because of the airport shuttle but there was no service. Even worst, I repeateadly tried to connect the property (app, phone, email) and no answer was given.

It was very clean. The staff were very helpful if needed with recommendations. I loved it !

My stay was too short to notice anything bad. The location is in a great area. You have a variety of choices to go eat and have a drink.

The location is at walking distance of restaurants and Las Misiones shopping center.

The room was very good—bedding very comfortable. The staff were attentive in the dining and bar area. The breakfast was very plentiful with lots of variety. The coffee was not very good.

At check in I was told that my room choice did not include breakfast but I was sure that I had chosen that option. We had an issue of being woken in the middle of the night by someone trying to enter our room. We believe it was due to an error by the night administration staff. Also the next morning our door lock was no longer working so we had to move rooms. The last issue was a problem with the guest washing machine which stopped working mid-cycle.

Great food, excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful employees. The best was the driver (Thanks to care my mom during her interview for the green card).

The property runs a fraud. It defrauds Booking.com and every US dollar customer. They post rates at an inflated and unattainable exchange rate, making the rates look low in a US dollar-denominated search. But when you arrive, they disclose the actual Mexican Peso cost… and because your bank charges an actual exchange rate, your room costs significantly more than advertised.

Being defrauded by a smug desk agent who knows we’ll that their “house exchange rate” is BS.

This location was probably the best hotel to stay at around the area. They are very attentive to your needs, super clean and just very professional. I recommend this place 100%

The only thing I didn’t like was that the prices for the food was extremely high to what’s around the area. I would suggest eating Lunch/ Dinner somewhere else

The water pressure fluctuated a lot on the 10th floor. There was multiple times I was taking a shower and the water would stop running for 30 seconds and then come back on super hot or freezing. They need to improve water pressure to the 10th floor.

I was not happy due to my card not working to use the elevators and had to keep going down to the bottom level in the parking and walking to the front entrance and I addressed this issue multiple times with the people at the front desk and they did nothing to remedy the situation

Staff was kind, personable, friendly; breakfast buffet was wonderful; shuttle to the airport was timely; located by a nice shopping mall; warm showers

They had a conference room to do work in, high speed internet, clean hotel, and comfortable rooms. The lobby was very comfortable and social.

They change the exchange rate in order to charge more. I booked through Booking.com for a specific price, then for them to meet the honored price, they exchange the dollar at a higher amount in order to charge more in pesos even though the national exchange rate is lower. Then they go to say that it’s my bank’s doing for exchanging the dollar at a different amount than them. I ended up paying more than the agreed upon price at booking because the hotel purposely exchanges the dollar at a different amount than the national exchange rate. They have a nice hotel, but they are not honorable with the agreed upon price from booking.

Not enough room nor tables to take some breakfast...Juarez is a very visited place due embassy business, you should be prepared for that.
