    • That the staff worked with what they had to make a good experience. Unfortunately the hotel is falling apart.
    • The staff always willing to help. Hotel employee and every body thank you. Meeting rooms are very good. very recommended for your business meetings.
    • Not to far from the us consulate. Grocery store and restaurants within talking distance. About a mile walk from the US Consulate but Uber was about $3 or 50 pesos. And the bar tender was the greatest of them all. Awesome guy.

    Cons -

    • The overall experience was not pleasant. Cold water, a/c not working. Extremely hot hotel halls and rooms. Terrible, towels and bead sheets.
    • Air conditioning did not work. Called front desk, sent technician and did not help - calling front desk for information on room service and no one helped
    • jacouzzi by the pool is not hot water, but very relaxing.

Food within the hotel was quite expensive.

it was very clean, nice view great location! super close to the American consulate

most of the people come to this hotel for business or American consulate matters, the lock box DID NOT work, keep in mind we had extremely sensitive info! that was our only disappointment!

The room was nice, with a good view.

The water came out black, so no shower for me :(

Nice hotels unfortunately not the people that work there. Unfriendly, they see you and they don't said Hi or Have a good day. Less ask if everything is ok.

Their personal. The ladies that cleaned the room are nicer than the people behind a desk or management.

    The view of the city

the A/C unit does not keep the room temperature

    Great location.

The room was hot, the bed sheets had stains, and the bed itself was not comfortable to sleep in.

    Location and cleanliness

They could not find my reservation and gentleman at front desk was cocky that maybe I did not have a reservation or it was under a different name. I showed him the email and pass and he said that meant nothing. Eventually after 15min he found it.

    Staff were professional and helpful.

Quite rundown and dingy. Shower was nasty. Breakfast was a bag of carbs.

I liked that the hotel was modern looking, had a starbucks and restaurant downstairs that had breakfast in the mornings. The bathrooms are gorgeous, love the rainfall showerhead and the beds were pretty comfy and clean. Amenities were bath and body!

I think the rooms are slightly run down, and are in need of some remodeling, new carpets for sure, and better televisions. Some of the furniture looks too worn, and the pool was closed; I would've loved to know this before booking. Lobby smelled bad.

Overall my stay was not good bad smell , no iron , no hair dryer , towels smelled bad and very old

    7MiguelPosted on: 3-7-2017

The location was great for my stay. Beautiful lobby and easy access in and out of hotel.

The air in my room was not working and stayed hot throughout the night. Halfway through the night I decided just to book another room.
