The bed

To much noise, breakfast was included but from 7 to 9. Who wakes up at 9 to get breakfast, Saturday I was at the caf at 9am and the caf was already closed. Sunday I went at 840 I got breakfast but at that time they were already sending people back.poor

The maid service was very good and the restaurant staff was nice.

The front desk staff was terrible. Considering you are near the US Consulate, your staff should at least be bilingual in English. They were not helpful at all with anything. We had to checkout a few days early but didn’t receive a refund. I had to upgrade to a suite just to get a mini fridge in the room. The room was not even fully furnished.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially one of the employees who worked at the breakfast bar. Always greeted us as if we were his friends. Was a pleasure to see him every morning during our 2 week stay. Unfortunately can not remember his name.

There were time when people in the rooms next to us were noisy, but it was not the hotels fault.

It was quick accessible to mall food places

Management was rude very authoritarian non responsive for customers safety

Breakfast was good. This hotel is walking distance to the consulate and a mall with various shops and a couple cafes. There isn't much more around, but overall I imagine the main reason for people to come here is the consulate, and in that regard this is perfect.

My room took a while to be ready. Check-in was at 3 but it still wasn't ready by 6.

I have 3 children but they were trying to charge for all 3 again.

Good was very delicious and they kept on refilling so there was always fresh food!

The gym could have benefited of some weihgts

Practically everything, service is on par! Beds comfortable, rooms nicely cleaned. Wifi is the best I've had in a long time, too. Perfect distance from the U.S. Embassy when they take their sweet time.

Courtesy breakfast served just about the same meals every day. Burned myself out, but it was great nonetheless.

Excellent breakfast. Staff bringing out food as fast as it was running out in a timely manner. Room was good. Bathroom was good. Need better shower curtain, kept flying open and letting out water onto the floor.

Parking could definitely be an issue if the hotel is ever completely booked.

Location is excelente, very quiet area.Clean rooms and the hotel overall, breakfast was decent, coffee a little cold, not hot for my liking.

I DIDN'T LIKE the TV programming, no everyone likes to use streaming on public places, being an sports fan, I was expecting to be able to watch games and the F1 race, this was a down deal for me. If you're not into watching TV it will be fine for someone else, not for me.

Everything is great except I wish they had some tables with chairs outside where we can relax. Also, a fridge would also be nice it was hard to get any food or drinks because there was nowhere to store anything, and we had to constantly get ice to keep our drinks cold.

No pool and no outside chairs or tables to relax.

The beds are hard and not comfy. Maybe add a few more pillows to the bed. Also add an iron to each room because trying to get a hold of one is hard when the hotel is full. Breakfast is great just maybe try to not serve chilaquiles everyday. I stayed more than a week and to eat chilaquiles everyday kinda gets boring.
