Four Points by Sheraton Ciudad Juarez

Friendly staff at the front desk was really helpful and polite.!

First room we stay in had no hot water and the a/c was not functioning. We got switch to another room later that night. The second room was good only the restroom door was really hard to open. Was not sliding properly.

The location and parking are exactly what I was looking for. The rooms are new and well set up.

There are only 2 elevators. So at time we had to wait 10 minutes before we were able to board it. The hotel restaurant had crowd waiting to get in leaving no room to walk. At check-in the receptionist forgot to program my room key.

I loved the facilities this hotel offered to include the rooftop pool, gym, and bar/restaurant area.

Room was clean and there was a lobby bar

Hard to find the check in area, given a dirty room upon check in, given a new room only to be awoken in the middle of the night by someone with a key coming into our room, complained about this and they didn¿t think it was a big deal. Disappointing

Facilities are great. Swimming pool area is very comfortable. Every year I stay there for my anniversary.

This time there were some vandalism on the parking lot and the security guard was very persistent that me and my wife were the ones breaking car windows. I was about this close to file a formal complaint but, the night got the Best of me.

Location is good

Pool seemed unkempt, fixtures in room were missing or loosely attached to wall.

The personal very arrogant, not helpful. And they over charged me.

I liked the location and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, the pool was small but it had a very beautiful view

The pool was a little small so when a group of 5 showed up to the pool it was already crowded.
