Pool to cool for kids

The location is excellent

First they gave me a really nice room. But we got bites after a night so I told them and they gave me another but it was such a down grade. The toilet didn't work properly. The pressure was not the best in the shower.

Yes the shower wasn't clean there was a lot of hair in there

Location, clean, quiet, good breakfast, can go to Missiones mall and visit any of the many restaurants and stores

Did not know that lobby is being remodeled..had to enter a door in the back. breakfast was take out to your room..really would have liked a place to sit down to eat..it seemed like the staff served you how they wanted I wanted more eggs than guisado

Hotel was under renovation, lift was not working properly. My Room was in 5th floor. If I forget anything I need to take stair for each time.

Room so clean, and the bed was so comfortable .

The hotel is in remodelation and is and no body told me when I did the reservation . That's too bad.

Staff very friendly, helpful. Cleanliness is on point. They offer transportation to the airport just have to tell them in advance. They offer morning breakfast. Close to the mall and restaurants.

They only have one elevator and it can take a long time. We had to take the stairs most of the time. But it wasn¿t a huge issue.

Food was awesome delicious. The transportation great very nice gentleman taking us where we needed to go he was very helpful with information of the consulate too. Great room service the ladies where very nice.

Breakfast was very great, and great view from the 7th floor. Room was very clean.

Only complaint the towels were a little stain but we had our own.

Room was clean but they need to clean up dipper. We found a bugger on the ceiling.

Most of the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Guard, cleaning staff and a Lady in the kitchen staff was wonderful to my kids.

kitchen staff made a comment. ¿No se porque vienen tan tarde esos güeyes!¿ After he noticed I was looking at him, he kept staring at me as if challenging me. Asked FD for a shower chair. Not even a courtesy to explain that there was none available.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Close to restaurants, clinics, shopping mall, US Consulate. Nice swimming pool, free breakfast. Way better then the Extended Suites which was trash!! Affordable!
