Location was excellent for what it was needed for. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good.

The location was perfect for our travel purposes. We felt safe the whole time there.

The bed sizes. We had signed up for two queen sizes but got two twin sizes.

The staying, the room was smelling so bad!, The mattress was terrible, the entrance door was all cracked and you can see everything! It was really bad!

The room was very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

I did not like how our room was handled. We had pre ordered our room and upon arriving to the hotel they gave us 2 twin beds. We paid for a queen. With a reservation they should not have gave our room to someone else.very upset with some of the last staff

Everything. All the amenities were unavailable. The internet was slow. Their website mentions shuttle service however they don't offer this service.

I didn't like that when I booked my room and I paid more for a room with pool sight an instead got a room facing the hospital. staff was okay not to friendly. There to temp check for fever and not very safe any one could walk in to the hotel.

What I liked the best about this hotel is the fact that it is so close to the American Consulate, and the CAS, since my trip to Cd. Juarez was for my immigration process at the US consulate. I was also glad to have breakfast already prepared every morning

I did not like the fact that there was construction happening in the middle of the day, so they closed the main entrance. And at the same time they were working on the elevators. It was kinda messy in the middle of the day because of this.

The bed, the walls, the carpet was just not what I was expected. Walls where dirty, bed made my back hurt and the carpet was just dirty.

Just the fact that is really close to the places I needed to go.

I reserved a double queen size bedroom and got a double twin size, the towels are like sandpaper, there is a sewer smell at times.

It was right across the street from the US Consulate. Walking distance from mall for the food court and also from Dennys, Ihop, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks and a few other Mexican restaurants. That was very convenient since we didn’t rent a car.

Everyone was extremely nice. Everything you need is walking distance. The staff wouldnt even take any tip... they were very kind.
