Cons -
- Asked for handicapped room. They did not have one available in ftrst floor and elevator was not working to get one in second floor.
- The smell when you enter the lobby; carpets are worn and more than that, dirty, dusty; the mattress is uncomfortable and the pillows are high, very uncomfortable too, the bathtub didn¿t drain the water, it filled up when took a shower, clogged or damaged
- -Carpet dirty, worn -Uncomfortable mattress and pillows (very puffed and hard) -A towel had a hole -The bathroom sink had traces of shavings (small hair pieces) -Shower curtain had a stain that looked gross, like poop
