Good location, gentle staff, private parking, pool and tennis spot

The climate control is uncontrolled. The lowest setting simply freezes the room and creates a very strong pressure. There is no ventilation. This means you risk either suffocating or freezing and getting sick.

Location was absolutely perfect for us: right on the malecon, close to some some store and a nice walk along the water towards the town center. The staff was very kind and we absolutely looooved the breakfast! Very pleased with the service overall. Room was clean.

We had a room on the first floor. It was rather small and could use a bit of update... you can hear your neighbors through the walls including their alarm clock.

The breakfast is very very good, out of my expectation, full breakfast buffet and fill up very fast, very friendly staff, excellent!!

the room is a bit small, i stay at the main floor, the sound from the hall that bother me a lot, kids running, staff with dolly and people talk on the hallway... the room door should have more installation to cut the noice.

location was good close to areas we wanted to see. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean but see below.

On the bad side, room felt dirty and damp, towels, sheets, blankets etc. maybe updating decor might help. As stated above pool was clean but area was so humid and hot, air cannot circulate needed to have an opening of sort so fresh air can circulate, we tried the pool but it was too stuffy.

Location of the hotel is NOT convenient. Not even close to the main attractions. The name of the hotel is deceiving: there is the busiest road imaginable between the hotel and the sea.Hotel is clean but had the feeling of an upscale motel.

Reimburse me.

The location across the street from the ocean, the very friendly and accommodating staff and the breakfast are all things that we enjoyed. Parking was great also.

Across from the ocean, clean, welcoming coffee and water.

It’s a bit outdated in the halls and bathrooms.

Shower was still black mole in it. Didn’t give small towels on second day. Breakfast fruits was old on both days. Room smell old, not fresh.

Extremely dated. Furniture is falling apart, beds are cheep and extremely uncomfortable. Paid for a King room but was given a twin room. They charged 1000. Extra pesos for two small dogs. With an additional 1000 peso deposit. Pool was open until 9:00 we were told repeatedly that they would fine us if we used it past 9:00 but groups were there until 10:30. Our room was overlooking the pool.

Hotel is a little bit old, Staff is great. Breakfast was very simple but good. Overall was a good stay for a quick trip to do an Ironman in Champeche. Location is great.

Way overpriced for what is provided in the room.The shower head is terrible! Not only did the water spray everywhere but it felt like needles against my skin. There is no shower door so the bath mat is just there to sop up water as it flows out of the shower cubicle.

Hotel on the seafront, with parking. Welcoming and helpful staff. Decent breakfast, nothing more. Located near a large shopping center (stores, restaurants, cinema).very good Wi-Fi connection.

Dark and somewhat damp room.

Fairly long walk to the historic centre. We booked on short notice and had to pay a higher price than we expected.

It was clean. Breakfast was fine for us. The view was beautiful

Location was excellent, right across the street from the Malecon and the nightly water light show. Church's and Burger King next door. Breakfast was very good. Help yourself to as much fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, scrambled eggs, frijoles , etc. Room was decent size and good shower and bed. Staff provided me with ice for the room when i asked with no charge.

It is ok for a transit in Campeche. You have to go in the old town by car or taxi.

Breakfast is terrible....it must be improved if the hotel it is supposed to be a 4 star.
