Attractive hotel, clean, lovely pool area. Helpful reception staff. Location was ideal for post or pre flight stop over - lovely to relax by the pool

Catering staff slow to deliver food and top-up bar. 2 salads took 20 mins to deliver when restaurant was empty. Food was in plastic take away bowls, awkward to add dressing but not environmentally friendly. No toilet paper in pool side - sloppy staffing.

Rooms are extremely dated, the whole place needs a facelift. Loud AC. Far too expensive for what it is.

The hotel location is excellent, it is right in the "casco viejo". You can walk through the old town to the central plaza, where you'll find museums, restaurants, and the wall. The staff is not very helpful when it comes to recommending places to visit. It appears that they lack in-depth knowledge. For example, on Mondays, museums and other tourist attractions are closed, and when we ask about the cost of a taxi to "El Fuerte," they do not even mention that the museum is closed.

Great location, easy to get around, onsite parking was convenient. Travelling with a family having 2 twin beds was appreciated! Breakfast was delicious!

The breakfast selection is very poor and not really tasty, and the waiters at breakfast are not nice either.

Inside the old city - very easy to reach museum, restaurants, churches. Calm at night, + parking.

The room was clean, the A/C worked great, plenty of hot water in the shower and the staff was very friendly and helpful. On premises parking was a big plus.The breakfast was excellent with several choices, so there was something for everyone :) and the breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating.

I thought our room had a balcony, it had a door that opened onto basically a window sill.

The shower has a little mold around I think if the put some Clorox in the area where is mold this go away , the shower door doesn’t close and the floor outside get wet , if the put a little lock or fix it to close it better

Price for the room in the location was good. Great bonus to have parking.

Wifi was poor. Nothing in the room and even in the public areas, was not reliable.

Only an overhead light was working. No ice available from the restaurant. Few electrical plugs.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the Centro Historico and is just a few minutes walk away from Calle 59 with the restaurants and bars The staff were helpful and pleasant

It is of course an older hotel and some of the facilities are as you would expect , the internet worked well in the areas close to the hallway but didn’t work well in the bedroom

Booked for 4 nights , left after 2 nights , this place is not as advertised

A/C switch behind picture on the wall , only PowerPoint for recharging phones was under the bed , TV didn’t work , shower dirty , used toilet paper had to be put in a basket , this was rated as a 4 star hotel , this rating is wrong , 2 stars at best , the man serving the included breakfast was rude , we booked for 4 nights , left after the second night , loosing faith in booking.Com’s rating system , this place should come with a warning , will think of using other booking platforms if booking.Com still rates this 4 star , that is a joke !
