Hotel Plaza Colonial

staff was so nice and friendly, food was delicios, pool was very peaceful

The staff was amazing and accomodating. The lobby and room was very clean.

The beds wre very hard so if that is what you like, then this is a great hotel. They were not very comfortable for me.

The central square is a few minutes walk, private parking in the hotel’s courtyard, clean and spacious rooms, OK staff.

No breakfast available in the hotel (they recommended a place nearby, we did not try). The air conditioner is noisy, and temperature cannot be set exactly - it is a trial-error guesswork to adjust to your preference.

The Colonial Plaza Hotel is very well located, its facilities are very comfortable and clean, its restaurant has excellent food, and all the hotel staff I came in contact with were very kind and polite. It was a very good experience staying at that hotel. Thank you.

Everything was good. Always, l look for very clean hotels and this one filled my expectations. Hope you keep taking care of the cleanliness. Thanks for being also very friendly

Maybe the air conditioner is old

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed the central location, 5 minute walk from calle 59 and malecón. Small swimming pool but enough to cool down after a day in the sun. Really spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Complimentary coffee in the morning.

I didn't like the fact that the room was facing a concrete wall, no view, no light. We had a city view last time. I wouldn't want to stay in a room like this again. Also, it would be nice to add a mini fridge and an extra chair since there's enough space in the room but nowhere to sit...

Location is great, really close to several great landmarks and also nice restaurants, all within walking distance.

Wi-Fi was unfortunately very slow for us - not ideal when traveling

Nice, clean room with big beds. The location is right in the center and the stuff was friendly. Parking was also included and guarded.

The mattress is rock hard. The towels are not soft. Many lights didn’t work. No face cloths. Not as close to the interests as I expected.

Location was excellent within the centre of Campeche. Room was spacious and bathroom was good, with a window.

Internet was extremely spotty in our room and the AC was very noisy

The bed was too firm. When I asked if any other rooms might have softer mattresses, I was informed all beds use the same firmness.

Three, but very hard pillows.Pool only from 9am to 9pm - why not from 7 or 8am to 10pm and why is it limited at all? One would like to fall into the water for a while after waking up but can't.Although we had booked a room with a view of the city, we got a room facing the concrete wall, so no light, but they immediately changed it to a room facing the courtyard with a nice view, but it's not nice to advertise the room :-)

They don't serve breakfast there but directly to their upscale sister on the next corner where a generic bus tour style breakfast is served. Food was adequate, at best. No Ice available in the hotel :(The hotel had a great bath and shower and comfy bed.all the necessities provided and a courteous staff who responded quickly.large room appreciate d after a few weeks in small air BnB ! Awesome location

West facing room was HOT

Location of the Hotel is good. Free parking on a secured parking lot.

Worst hotel of our entire Yucatan tour. There was black hair everywhere in the bed, the air conditioning was old, partially defective and very loud and the water in the shower did not drain. This hotel is far too expensive for what you get.

the front desk staff was a little off putting and they didn’t have a water dispenser to fill my water bottle

Great location, safe parking area in the historic area, and the room was comfortable with a fan (which many hotels now don’t have).

Air con was so noisy you couldn’t use it night. Pool looked dirty and was in the shade so wasn’t as appealing as in the photos.
