The staff was really helpful. Room was average.

Breakfast was good and included. Restaurantsvery close.

Young soccer players staying there as well so a bit noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. It is close to everything. We walked to restaurants, the mall and the malecon. Breakfast was very good as well. I liked the coffee, the fresh fruit and the eggs with beans and toast. Our room was on the lower floor and it was very clean and spacious.

Nice selection at breakfast. Good location bc no noise as in downtown. Quiet room.

check in and check out very quick. Location is good . Close to waterfront .

I wish you had staff who could speak English , or atleast understand English

Nice and comfortable location with a lot of place for parking.The buffet for breakfast was complete and with a good selection of sweet and savory dishes.

We found the door of the room open and with a strange unpleasant smell. Since there are no windows we could not get rid of this smell. Additionally, while we were relaxing in the room in late afternoon, some people entered (it seems that they had the keys) and when they realized that we were in the room they run away.

Location near to the convention centre

Noise from the rooms above, every time the chair moved it scrapped on the.No window to open in the room Carpark outside my room had the lights on all night and was constantly busy couldn’t open blinds

Very good localusation - close to the city centre and seaside. Breakfast just emough. Nothing which causes any compliants.

No bridge / curtains we’re in efectivamente / showers were cold/ breakfast was too basic.

Toilet barely working, the water of the shower was smelly and the air conditioning quite noisy. These place need to be renovated.

I really liked the location and the friendly staff. The breakfast was good, and it was always replenished. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to downtown and 7 minutes to the malecon. The room was clean and comfortable and close to a restaurant. A good place to eat tasty local food, Conchita Cervera, is just three streets down on Calle 49-B.

Excelente location, clean, secure friendly staff, city express had never disappoint me when I travel any were in Mexico, breakfast is light and simple as it should be before going to explore around.

Only cold water in the shower although we complained in the reception, noisy air-condition and mold in it, the windows cannot be opened, below average breakfast.

The beds were very hard and pillows were not comfortable.The floors were clean but the chairs squeaked super loud when you moved them. ( A cheap fix at Wal Mart for some chair pads would fix this)The bed was very, very low. It was the lowest bed we have ever seen in a hotel. It was much higher priced than what we were used to, but Campeche has very little free onsite parking included or available so it was necessary to find a place that did. We have found other rooms similar all over Mexico for $35-50 US but this one was over $80...

the cleanliness not was not good - the towels and bed sheets were worn and felt dirty. Really was surprised given the rating. disappointed mainly at the cleanilness

no Wi Fi and poor internet for mobile phone reception old towels, old bed sheets old and noisy air conditioning, non stop big noise fan in bathroom, like airplane

Stay away. Dirty lobby, room, the beds are not even queen size only double. Both my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night with many small but extremely itchy bites. (Bed bugs), so we dressed and slept on top of the cover with our clothes on. Cannot open windows so the air in the room is very stuffy, AC is very dirty si do not expect a fresh air...my throat hurt so bad in the morning from the bad air. Now imagine no way to air out the room and on top of that a horrible smell from the bathroom drains. Towels used to be white at one point now they are a funny grey and yellow with stains. I wish I was exaggerating...unfortunately I do not. Breakfast? NO Thank you, I picked up a bread to place it in a toaster and it was green with mold, called the cook she grabbed the whole basket cursing and then screeming in the kitchen. Overall very bad experience....we stayed in many hotels all over Mexico some cheap, old but CLEAN!!The front desk staff was nice .... it's not their fault they just work here. But, I believe management need to be replaced and owner need to update and CLEAN UP this place in order to bring in quality and satisfied guests.

The hotel has good location and there is large parking in front of the hotel.The room was very spacious and newly furnished. The bathroom was big enough, it even had a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable.The staff were friendly.The breakfast was good.

In the evening they ran out of hot water for showering.The wi-fi in the room did not work.
