One of the most stunning properties I have ever seen. The hotel is beyond gorgeous, and the rooms are huge. The staff is so kind, and the location is perfect.

The room was very spacious and clean with most comfortable bed! I loved that honey shower gel and sun room was a lovely space to relax. The pool area was nice, but wish it was cleaner. There are few parking spots just in front of the hotel. Location is great, quiet end of the Main Street with all restaurants just a walk away.
The room was huge and beautiful. The place is really beautiful. Really great location and parking just in front of the hotel. We loved the little attention, notes and fruits and water bottle twice a day.
The shower was not great.. Low pression and heat hard to control. The swimming pool is very nice but only 4 long chairs around it and 15 rooms so we could not go to the pool the first day. Breakfast not included which is a shame with the night rate...
The Location at Valle was nice. Breakfast was delecious but not easy to find out what is included or not. Staff is very friendly. You should speak some words spanish this helps as always in mexico ;)
Room was closed to Calle 59 a bar / restaurant at Calle 59 so its very noisy at night (weekends). There are other rooms in the back of the hotel. These may be a bit quieter.

Very overpriced. One of the most expensive hotels on our whole trip. Room was dark and looked out on to the restaurant. Quite sparsely furnished.
Beautiful open air hotel, we were greeted by friendly members of staff after a very long drive. The rooms are have walls made of stone and wood which is a lovely touch and different to a slick modern hotel. Lovely spacious bathroom area.The pool is a pretty cool sight too!
- The food at the hotel restaurant was not up to standards with the hotel. We were the only ones there one evening and the food took a long time to come and also was quite mediocre.
It's very well located in the city center, great for walking distance to everywhere. I parked in the last spot in front of the hotel. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The most peculiar pool, built accross 3 houses (you have to see it). Good wifi.
Restaurant was empty at night (with lots of mosquitoes), and the bar was closed for a drink that I had at the restaurant. Luckily I had dinner in town before, and calle 59 nearby has plenty of dining options. More expensive for no reason vs. Hacienda Temozon, or Hacienda Santa Rosa where I stayed a few days before (same group).
The hotel was beautiful, centrally located and the staff was very attentive for the most part.
1. Had an issue with air conditioner not working unless set under 22 deg C. So either you froze at night or you would sweat because it wouldn't kick on. 2. Hot water couldn't accommodate 2 showers. 3. Lack of English staff spoken was a problem @ times.

The property is an oasis in a world heritage site. Perfect for relaxing and recharging before exploring.
