Amazing location - very centrally located. Everything is walking distance from the hotel!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and has a great location!Staff were very friendly and attentive! The beds were a little hard and the shower didn’t drain well, but great water pressure and hot water!

Staff were very hospitable and helpful. There was a little Constrution going on and for that reason I didn’t give it a 10. Otherwise I would have.

The property did not have a restaurant or a bar. Having said that right outside the front door there’s a wonderful coffee shop and there is also a very good Italian restaurant.

Location to historic center

A bit outdated and lacking some maintenance

Stayed there because it had parking and was fairly convenient to the main old part of town.

Room was a bit boring, just concrete walls, tile floor very boring

Our stay at Hotel plaza Campeche answered all our needs. The staff were professional The lobby was already very tastefully decorated for Christmas The rooms were very clean the restaurant was excellent.

Unfortunately the rooms were not sound proof. And we were awaked at 5:00am by the guests upstairs.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Calle 59 (the main street for restaurants and shopping) and the main attraction (Puerta de Mar, Campeche Sign, Malecon). Great place to stay.

Small pool, facilities are outdated, low quality food, staff friendly

There was a big parking where we could leave the car, the room had everything we needed for one night.

The tub was clogged and the rooms would need some freshing up.

The terrace was a bonus as the room would have been grim without it , it’s near town centre had a car park

Our bed mattresses were too hard

Junior suite: No fridge in room, a pain to get ice, medium loud AC, minimal bathroom supplies, small counter space in bathroom, no body lotion, rather rough towels,

Comfortable room , clean and well appointed. Pool was a delight and restaurant food and service top notch. Free secure parking too

Great location in the centre of Campeche, 5 minutes from the main square.. It's a bit dated and the rooms on the ground floor are dark and a bit austere. The best choice is a junior suite with a terrace. The staff are friendly and helpful - there was a bit of confusion with our booking, which they sorted out quickly and without any hassle. There is an in-house restaurant, very lacking in ambience and tailored to the large tour groups that use the hotel. We only ate breakfast there - with all the fantastic restaurant choices in the city, why would we eat dinner there - and it was OK, although the portions were good. Would we stay here again? Yes, but it would never rate as our favourite.

The shop opposite that played a very irritating jingle on loop from early morning to late in the evening!
