Pros +
- Location is very good
- Fairly simple hotel. Good location. Wifi and aircon worked well, which is what we needed when we had to hang around because of a flight cancellation.
- Location. Some staff very friendly and immediately got us a ride to the train station.
Cons -
- Lots of noise at night for customers as windows are towards corridor and all noise enters to room which makes hard time to sleep.
- Toilet didn’t flush well. No toilet paper or hand soap. Bathroom and room were dirty. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Floor felt dirty We all slept with clothes that we arrived with. I like a mini refrigerator but at this point I was about to cancel my reservation but didn’t because it was late and I was tired. Never have I ever thought that on my travels.
- No windows in the room, except windows to the hall. Bathroom was note clean, and beds were springy. This was the most expensive hotel is our entire trip and also the worst. Definitely not value for money, however due to the lack of supply, this was the cheapest we found.

Location is perfect, then again Campeche is quite small and everything is walkable. Close the big central square and the a short walk to the Malecon.

we liked being inside the old colonial city
our room was above a very noisy steet. there was a window from our room to the main guest staircase which was lit all night for security, but the shades did not block the light, making it difficult to sleep. we were asked to pay for toilet paper and one of the desk clerks was rude to us
Amazing hotel! It was one of the nicest place in hole Mexico in weeks trip. Bedroom was very spacious and design literally blew our minds :) It was awesome and very beautiful. And comfortable. Parking is included and its safe and private.
I liked the hot shower and the room was spaciousthey let me store my bag until my late bus but wouldn't let me check out later than 12pm unfortunatelylocation is very close to malecon and centro sights
rooms are very outdatedlate at night/early morning very loud noise from what i think was the airconditioner units at the back of the building, kept me awake and woke me upwifi did not work in the room so i had to work from the lobbythere are no windows in the room that lead to natural day light. Windows faced into corridor that have hyper-bright lighting that stopped me from sleepingthe room lighting is depressing - if you don't have natural light at least try to incorporate lamps so you can have softer lightingthe curtains are paper thin so don't block any light from the corridorthe pillows are terrible and my neck was in pain as a resultone of the reception staff was friendly but another was not
The bed is comfortable, shower also!
Not hygienic, AC hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and bcause the city is very hot and no windows in the room, so you need it… Smelled like molt in the room. Staff wasn’t very helpfull and Wifi isn’t working in the room.
great location, good price
a bit hard to find the actual entrance at first (google took me to a place a few blocks away).pillows weren’t great, ac and fan a bit noisy but I still slept ok.
Exceptional
I could not tell if it was rainy or sunny because I had no view to the outside. I believe most units were designed like this to keep outside noise down, as it was in the town center. Best sleep I have had in the last 3 months of traveling, however.
Nasty
Toilet didn’t work. No response when asked to fix it. Worst bed I have ever slept on.
AC working and wifi. Clean. Staff helpful, free water refills. Location is central.
The location on google maps is not correct. Sorta hard to find since it’s just 4 rooms above a travel agency and has no sign but right by great restaurant Maria.
Superb location, huge room, welcoming, friendly and professional staff, especially Pedro, very clean .
Room was stuffy, bathroom had bad smell and room was very dark and could hear noises while evening as well early in the morning so didn’t sleep wells
Great location in the city center.
