Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly and very helpful. Kudos to all staff. Location location location. Close enough to all the touristy areas of el centro historico but far away enough for the hubbub to not bother us. Good restaurants close by.
Location was great, very convenient. Friendly staff. We felt very safe.
Staff was excellent! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of after getting stranded by rental car agency. Restaurant staff was also very friendly. Chiliquilis were excellent!

Cons -

We only used one bed and the mattress was past itÂ¿s prime. Air con worked well and the internet was a constant 3 out of 4 bars. The restroom was adequate. Overall clean but old. Not musty though.
Facilities looked old and a little dirty. Linens were ok, not great.
Everything met my expectation.
