    Pros +

    • Location
    • The staff was amazing - very kind and helpful. I was close to canceling my stay due to a few misunderstandings with booking online, but the friendly staff (Alexia) was very helpful and convinced me to stay upon arrival.
    • Amazing location on the boardwalk of LA Paz. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good wifi.Breakfast is served at their restaurant on the boardwalk and it's very good.

    Cons -

    • Not about the hotel, everything was excellent, however, very noisy and busy street in the middle of the night!!!
    • Floors in the room were dirty upon arrival but I think they may have been from the staff being rushed. When I commented on this the next morning they cleaned my room and did an exceptional job on the floor.I didn’t like how it says online that there is parking. There is only public street parking which is few and far between - not very convenient. If the site says parking it should be secured parking and/or at least state that it’s public street parking. Lastly, there is nothing on the site that says there is a fee for dogs. It just says pet friendly. When I arrived I was told I had to pay for my dog to stay with me and leave another deposit for the pet. This is all fine, but it shouldn’t be brought up upon checking in - it should say clearly online which it doesn’t.
    • Only little thing is the private parking that is about 10 USD a day and could be a little bit cheaper.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The price was too expensive for what you got. While the room was large, the hotel has no pool, no parking, no rooftop, and no breakfast included. We had stayed down the street at Baja Club for a less expensive rate, and gotten all of the above, so were surprised to move here and pay more for what felt like a lot less. I think at a discounted rate this place would totally "get the job done" as it's fine and in a good area, but it felt very expensive for what we got.

Beautiful spacious room, very clean, super friendly helpful staff

Room was a little loud due to restaurant in courtyard. Shuts down at 11 but we were there with kids so went to bed early

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Best part of the stay. Breakfast next door was good too.

This is not a place for seniors as there are too many stairs and not highlighted making every floor a tripping hazard. There was an issue with the water being scalding hot and unable to shower when needed. Electrical outlets were loose and felt unsafe to use.

Great location if you want to be right on the Malecon and near lots of restaurants. Staff was exceptional and the restaurant next door was really convenient for breakfast and lunch.

The floorplan is unsafe for small children. too many stairs and opportunities to fall.

    location, view, exceptional staff

our room had an amazing view of the Malecon and harbor but guests should be prepared for a lot of street noise.

great location. lovely style. huge rooms. very nice.

the finishings needed improvement. ie caulk in bathroom. other construction work flaws. ie. cement residue on floor. some areas needed renovation. ie broken stairs. repainting needed on ceiling. rooms were great and big but could have a few more homey touches. offer earplugs to guests.

We loved this hotel. The two rooms we stayed in were trilevel with a common area and kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the second and third levels. Rooms were well decorated, and very comfortable. They are also extremely quiet. Staff was great to work with. Beds were comfortable, food at the court yard resturant was absolutely spectacular- you must eat here… staff spoke reasonable English, the entire court yard is appetizing- filled with birds chirping, flowering trees, and other plants… it’s right across the street from the ocean. Tons of excellent restaurants close by.

They need coffee in the rooms or to have coffee available early in the courtyard. Otherwise- nothing negative to report and having to leave the next day.

Located in the perfect place with incredible staff. Super comfortable bed, great WiFi, unbelievably good breakfast. I highly recommend.

stylish, clean. The welcoming drink was awesome!

only negative thing I have to say is that if you want to deal with construction noise during the day, being upstairs facing the property may not be a good choice. I would go with rooms toward the back side of the property. It is a trade off though because the view is beautiful. Just a bit more noise to deal with.

    liked the courtyard

    too many stairs, weak WiFi,

modern small boutique hotel that is centrally located in La Paz on the Malecon. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with all the expected amenities. The staff are super friendly and willing to help in any way. They also have a great restaurant on site.

    8KristenPosted on: 11-27-2021

The location was great, very close to everything we wanted to see.

We could hear the hallway noise and restaurant music from our suite.

    10NancyPosted on: 11-23-2021

The location is fabulous. Stroll the Malecon right out the door or walk a few blocks to wonderful restaurants and all the Centro has to offer.

    not a thing

this small boutique hotel is right on the malecon in front of the beach. it is spacious and beautifully decorated. there is a balcony for watching the sunset. it is walking distance to cafes and coffee shops. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

we liked everything about this little hotel.

Great accommodation! The multi-level room was very quiet even though it was in the heart of the city and also had a modern vibe with a space that allowed for entertaining as well as providing a great night sleep. The staff was AMAZING! So accommodating and kind and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. The restaurant was wonderful, especially the decor! The salads were huge and the entrees were perfect. They did serve the bottle of Cabernet chilled which was unusual, but over all the meal was great! Overall our stay was great and would definitely recommend to others. To the staff, more bath towels would have made things even better ?

More towels in the room. Ice availability.
