From my hotel window, I had a lovely view of the Malecon (a picturesque and popular walkway along the bay of LaPaz). The Peking Hotel is located across the street from this walkway that forms the perimeter of LaPaz's lively, colonial downtown.
No elevator. Stairs had railings. Nonetheless, with luggage, a bit hard on my old knees. Suspect staff would have helped had I asked.
Location, right in the middle off the Malecon.
Parking is very limited,4 maybe 5 cars max.
