Great staff, clean room and excellent ac.

Two of the 3 days the ice machine was broke, o the third day they had an inspection and miraculously it was fixed.

Clean. Friendly clerk.

No restaurant as advertised. Noisy machine motor that kept me awake. Terrible area and surroundings.

Best "Breakfast Included" ever. And not a continental breakfast, but a full breakfast. A few pastries would have been nice, however. Staff was polite and knowledgeable.

Unpleasantly surprised to find that you do not accept American currency. Fortunately, I had my card with me; otherwise, a problem. Also, a big disappointment, which may not be your fault. I love the beach. Your listing in Booking.Com said that the beach was .7 miles away. It was not. The so-called 'beach' was a harbor; no beach there. Following the instructions ofManuel and Alexa (two great employees), I caught the beach bus for Tecolete - not much of a beach.In a nutshell, your listings should be corrected to indicate that Hotel One La Paz accepts only local currency. The beachinformation should be corrected also. Other than that, a pleasant stay. Good restaurants, inexpensive prices (unlike Acapulco), tranquil, and OH! - that breakfast.

Breakfast was simple but greatly served, eggs w/ham, refried beans, potatoes w/ chorizo, fruit, cereal, coffee. Location is great, just a short walk to the malecón.

Check in staff could’ve been a little more friendly, but very helpful regardless.

The service during check-in was excellent. During breakfast could’ve been better but in general the service level is good in the hotel. The location is good as well and has a very good price level, too.

The hotel feels a little old, it could use a little bit of love and maintenance. The towels had holes in them. The breakfast service could’ve been better.

The check in time was at 3pm and I was there at 2 45pm..the staff asked me to have a seat and when it was 3pm they started attending the people who came after me to the lobby, was frustrating.

The elevator situation was not good as the lobby is actually not on the ground floor and elevator was always congested and or cards not working well to move from floor to location. Lobby perhaps relocate it to the first floor at entrance. Maybe change breakfast to something different every other day. But overall all good value.

Hotel is comfortable enough and area it is in seemed quiet, secure parking for motorcycles.

Room was very small, not much space to spare.

The breakfast was excellent. Couldn’t have done better at a restaurant. Had 2 choices of times 7:00 and 11:00 more flexibility than most! 10 min walk to the beach

Where to start. Terrible bed.I mean awful! Limited towels, rooms smelled so potent of cleaner it made us cough, shower sprayed all over until the temperature got somewhat hot.It was a dorm room.I would never, never stay here and it is amazing that it is on Bookings list.

I needed to wait until 4:30 pm to get my room. There is an obvious bad planning in terms of rooms cleaning and assignment.Restroom is extremely small.Elevetaros are not well programmed and waiting times are long.I would say is 15% overpriced

Great location, the included breakfast is delicious and fresh, friendly/helpful staff.

We reserved for 2 beds and they gave us one bed. The rooms are small but good enough for one night. We also reserved this hotel because breakfast was included but couldn't have breakfast because they served it late.

Staff

Towels are old. and few. Shower head was not clean. Room was smaller than expected. Pool access was too limited for me to use. Lobby on the second floor and elevator was very slow. Key card on elevator access was limited and could not connect with colleagues.

the pool has a very nice view. The breakfast was so delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was close, the beach restaurants and souvenir shops.
